Great experience!
We live out in the Point Reyes National Seashore where it is very difficult to find service repair to come out this far.

Juan came out the day after initial contact, on time and worked quickly to diagnose the problem with out stove. He is everything one could ask for in an appliance repair service. Knowledgeable, reasonably priced, works quickly and thoroughly diagnoses the problem - in my case, there were 2 problems. He even wiped down the soot from the problem with the oven flame problem when he was done. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Juan! We'll be using your services in the future!

I called Appliances Juarez because my freezer temperature was warming up fast. Someone showed up within the window of time specified and was able to quickly identify the problem. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and was patient enough to answer all my questions. Turns out the freezer had an insane amount of ice buildup behind the interior panel (not visible from the outside) and it was interfering with its ability to cool. It was $95 for the visit and $95 to disassemble the back panel inside and de-ice the entire system. It was worth every penny (There was A LOT OF ICE). Freeze works like new! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely call back for future repairs!

Juan came to our house within 90 minutes, and fixed our washing machine for a very fair price.

Very professional. Great Communication and most importantly showed up on time. He came out and knew exactly what was wrong with my oven. I thought we would be down without an oven for a long time waiting for parts. But his industry knowledge got everything Fixed within half an hour. Thank you

He can do small jobs but not a big project. He will take your money for his first visit and then you won't see him.

Juan Jaurez is amazing! Our dishwasher had been unable to drain properly. It took Juan less than 10 minutes to diagnose the problem (impeller pump), and, to our surprise, he even had a replacement pump in his truck. He installed it and our dishwasher problems were gone in less than an hour from his arrival.
He's bilingual in English and Spanish. His English is so good that I assume he's American-born (NOTE: not intended to insult hard-working immigrants). He's highly intelligent and has a great personality.
My wife and I will always use him for all appliance repairs, and we recommend him as highly as is possible! :-D

Juan was great! A glass broke in our dishwasher and we were having trouble cleaning it out. He came over the same day and fixed everything for us. Will definitely call him again for any appliance repair!

My dryer broke this morning and he literally had my dryer up and running three hours from the time that I texted him. I was so worried that I was going to have to buy a brand new dryer, and was so relieved to find out it just needed a small part that he had available on his truck. He was so nice, communicative, and even automatically took his shoes off when he entered my house. His price was super reasonable. Juan is definitely my guy for any appliance repairs in the future!!!!!!

Juan is awesome! He came out the same day I called (Holiday BTW). He figured out what as wrong with our Maytag gas dryer and replaced the bad part on the spot!
