Arborist Now

Everyone I worked with at Arborist Now was professional and knowledgeable. I had requested a quote by filling out an online form. The person who scheduled the initial visit was professional, and assigned me to an arborist (Remy). Remy visited our property and was very knowledgeable about the trees we wanted trimmed. He answered any questions we had. His team, led by Jeremiah, were courteous, efficient, and professional when they came to trim the trees. I would definitely use them again.

The Arborist Now team are extremely efficient, professional, and knowledgeable in their field. From scheduling to completion of the project, every step was a pleasant experience. The quality and results exceeded my expectations, second to none! Remy and his crew worked incredibly well with neighboring property owners/managers. They were respectful and considerate to my tenants and the Premises. The price is very reasonable! I will continue to call upon Arborist Now for all my tree management needs. I scheduled the trimming of two Crabapple trees and could not be happier with the results. From the moment I had my consultation with Remy I felt confident in their services. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish in the garden and explained his plan according to the trees and their season.
The day of the trimming the crew arrived at 10:00 am and explained the process. They again listened to what I wanted and were efficient in their execution. The trimming and clean up was completed in an hour. I have used three different arborist in the past and Arborist Now (Martin, Jeremiah and crew) are the best. I will most definitely use them again this Fall for my other trees.

Remy and his crew did a fantastic job removing a very large problematic palm tree, clearing bamboo, and pruning a variety of other neglected trees in my back yard.

There wasn't a lot of space to work back there so they carefully disassembled the tree taking it out bit by bit.

Crew arrived on time, got everything done nicely, and did a thorough cleanup afterward.

In full disclosure, I didn't hire Arborist Now for our small backyard job. It was a very close call between two quotes, and I was impressed enough with this company that it's worth sharing my experience with others.

I especially appreciated that they promptly responded to my request for a quote and quickly scheduled an onsite appointment. The arborist they sent (Remy) was friendly and professional. He seemed plenty knowledgeable about the trees that needed attention. He sent a quote soon after his visit; it was clearly written and reasonably priced. Our reason for favoring the other quote had more to do with a neighbor's positive prior experience with that company rather than anything negative about Arborist Now.

I would have no problem recommending Arborist Now, or hiring them for a future job.

This was the second time I hired Arborist Now to tame our monster yucca trees in our SoMa garden.

Remy suggested what branches to cut. He provided a reasonable quote price-wise, especially for San Francisco.

The crew was on time and carefully stepped around our flowers and plants as they worked. They also removed the dead, ugly fronds.

We just had a really great experience with this company, specifically Remy and his team. I got quotes from a few other companies to prune our long-neglected heritage redwoods along with some other trees on the property, and no one seemed to have the experience, confidence, and knowledge that Remy had. One of the other companies even wanted us to hire a separate consultant to advise on the redwoods because they weren't comfortable directing the work themselves (and it was a pretty common name arborist you see on big jobs around Marin).

The quote we received from Remy was competitive, payment options were convenient, scheduling was easy, and the work itself was efficient, skilled, and safe. You could tell the moment his team stepped into our yard that they all just knew exactly what they were doing--they were truly skilled experts. Plus they left everything clean!

I hadn't heard of Arborist Now before finding them on Yelp during my initial search, but I'll definitely be recommending them to friends/neighbors from here on out, and I'll be looking forward to using them again for a bit of a touchup in a couple years.

We hired Arborist Now to trim a neglected 100 year old Monterey Cypress at the back of our yard in San Francisco. A limb of the tree had broken during the recent winds.

Remy came out and inspected the tree, pointed out other branches that needed removal, gave me a reasonable estimate and set up a date for the service. The team showed up on time, set up protective coverings over my garden, fountain and hallway, scaled the huge tree and started trimming the broken branches. Remy's team was incredibly skilled, hard-working and adept at their work. They were amazing to watch.

About mid-way through the project, Remy contacted me about a large branch which had a lateral split (one of the trimmers snapped a photo from the top of the branch to show me) and would need to be removed for safety reasons (rather than just trimmed). He said the team would do their best to remove it during the scheduled service at no extra charge, but if they could not, we would need to schedule another service date. Fortunately, team was able to remove the branch during the time allotted with no extra charge - even though it was a lot more work than anyone expected.

The team finished the job, cleaned up all of the debris, replanted some of the plants they moved to get the job done and watered the yard before leaving! It was as if Remy and his team magically appeared and disappeared without a trace leaving me with a beautifully trimmed tree.

I can't recommend Arborist Now enough. There service was thorough, seamless, reasonably priced and stress free.
