Jose and his crew did an amazing job cutting down a dead 40+ foot redwood tree I had in my yard. He came over Saturday morning, gave me a fair estimate, had his crew over that same afternoon and within an hour and a half, had the work completed and the yard cleaned up. 5 days ago, my partner and I decided to get quotes for the removal of a 40 foot tree from our backyard. Jose was one of the few who came to give quotes. He was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive.

That was Saturday and now it's only Wednesday, but our tree has been reduced to a stump! His team worked fast and cleaned all the debris quickly.

Jose has insurance and a verified license. His price is fair. His work is great! We highly recommend him for tree removal services!

Jose helped us after a storm took down a tree. The large tree was across three fences. He braced the downed tree to avoid harming the fences while removing the heavy tree. He came over with in an hour of our call to assess the situation and removed the tree the following day. He removed the whole tree, the stump, and filled the whole left behind with the remaining soil.

I had a problem with a big tree between my house and fence. The tree was probably the tallest in the neighborhood, and had branches that hung over my roof and my neighbor's roof. The tree began pushing my fence out, and its leaves dropped sap all over my cars, driveway, roof, and anything else in the way. What a mess! My neighbors even disliked the tree (even though I life in Palo Alto, which is a place that generally likes trees!).

I called Jose at about 8 a.m. on Sunday morning, he replied back right away, and came to inspect the tree by 10 a.m. that Sunday morning. He gave me a fair quote and scheduled the tree cutting for the coming Tuesday morning.

I came back from work on Tuesday afternoon. The big tree was gone!
The thee had also been pulverized into small chips and dust and was carried away in the back of a truck.

Great job! The entire neighborhood looked happy!

Jose and his team are incredible. They are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and priced fairly. On his own, Jose did extensive research on a disease that my tree has and that I was not aware of. The disease doesn't threaten the life of the tree or require intervention. When he first told me about it, I assumed he would tell me it needed extra work. But no, he just noticed the problem before I did and was interested in learning more about it. He is a dedicated and professional arborist and I have a lot of respect for him and the work he does.

Had my trees pruned & topped on Tuesday and WOW, what a difference. Jose & his team were very efficient and professional. The trees look great and I couldn't be happier.

When I requested the quote, he listened to what I needed and then explained what had to be done and why. He quoted me a price that was very fair and reasonable. Within a week, my back yard is now wonderfully, airy, bright and looks great.

First of all, tree service pricing are over the place. I used one tree guys couple of times and he was reasonable. But this time his bid was 50% higher than the lowest bid. This is only reviewing for the quality and efficiency of the job and not the "price" of the job.

Jose and his crew was very efficient. The job is to remove the tree fell down already.

- Unlike some bidders, who tried to scare you to do the job quickly, exaggerating the work involves and using his communication skills to put fear in you to commit for him to do the job. Jose came, survey the situation, and gave me the costs of the job. Straight and direct. He also made it clear the stump will be charged separately and gave me a total cost.
- When we found out a small tree was "forgotten" to remove due to miscommunication. He didn't even bother asking for more money, he just said. Considered it done. (remember, this is one of the lowest bid)
- 3 hours after we talked on the Saturday, he and his crew came stabilized the tree (It already fell) and as promised did the stump because he got equipment on Saturday. Our agreement was that it will be done on Sunday morning. Efficiency.
- Sunday morning, before I returned from church, tree gone, everything covered. Looks neat and clean.
- Disclaimer: I wasn't here to see how he did his work, not sure if he completely cleared out the stump.
- This review rating is given solely based on his efficiency, his no hassle, and job done satisfactory.

Jose, who was friendly and professional, responded quickly to our enquiry and promptly came out to provide a quote. His team delivered efficiently and as promised. They even kindly cleared the debris from our roof and removed a nearby pile of trimmings that we had been gradually moving into the yard waste bin.

Now about 1 year later, the trees they trimmed are in excellent shape. The jacaranda looks strong and healthy, and the birch, which is otherwise identical to its twin in our neighbor's yard, has much more vibrant and airy growth compared to its twin.
