We've had Alex help us with a host of issues with our radiators and recently he helped cap the old gas lines that led to light fixtures throughout the house (our house is old!). He quickly identified the T in the pipes that likely led to the fixtures, confirmed it and set about turning off the gas and capping the pipes. Then, he removed/sawed off any protruding pipe stubs from the ceiling so that we could install our new fixtures. Our ceilings are lath and plaster and I'm really appreciate that Alex did his work carefully and prevented the plaster from cracking. He also worked with extra caution around our medallions. Huge thank you to Alex!

Ryan G. from Arch Plumbing is an exceptional plumber to work with. Granted, I am new to homeownership and so don't have a huge breadth of plumber experience, but I know a good professional when I see one. From his first call to our house when we thought we had a minor issue, through the many subsequent visits that culminated in a major repair, Ryan G. was with us every step of the way providing full transparency into what he thought was going on and what it would take to fix it. I took the extra step to call around for a few comparison prices, and can confirm that the pricing from Arch Plumbing was also fair. His handiwork was immediately signed off by the City inspector, and he did it with a confidence that shows real experience.
While I hope we have scant occasion to call on a plumber anytime soon, if we do I won't hesitate to call Ryan G. back!

The five stars are for "Mo," the plumber who took about two minutes to de-clog a toilet with which I'd been doing battle (fruitlessly) for three hours. I'd been petrified that the problem was much bigger and would prove to be much more expensive than I was able to pay. Mo was an angel.

As for Arch Plumbing itself, I've got misgivings about how the company goes about assessing charges for jobs, and I don't know how much of the money it collects goes to its employees. I'd like to think that Mo is appropriately well compensated for his work, but I'm not sure of that.

I had a great experience with Arch Plumbing and highly recommend. Firstly, Jared genuinely tried to dispatch a plumber to fix my heater as soon as possible - showed he truly cared that I was freezing in my place. Then as promised, Alex came on time and detected the ongoing issue that so many technicians could not figure out before his visit. Took him less than 10 minutes to resolve the problem and get the heater up and running again. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly!

Had Alex A. worked on our water heater for a 12 unit building since the past 6 months. I've used Arch going as far back as the upgrade since 2013. They've responded w/in 12 hrs. in a weekend & came w/the 2 parts needed in one swift call. This past month I've had Alex come by on 2 other 12 unit properties when the hot water went out. The recovery/repair was w/in the same day. Alfredo & Christian, ur service team is very amazing & the estimates were reasonable in today's market. The estimates going back 10 yrs, ago, just like everything else,. Those days r over. A blessing to have u 4 all my plumbing needs.

Dreadful experience with this service provider. My project was delayed for months, resulting in significant financial setbacks. Scheduling an inspection with the fire department was a nightmare, and when they finally arrived, they didn't have the correct equipment, rendering the inspection impossible. Furthermore, they misplaced my permit plans. The entire operation was chaotic and disorganized. The owner was unresponsive for months, only showing interest when it was time for payment.

I highly recommend Arch Plumbing and Ryan in particular. He was on time and knowledgeable. Fixed our immediate problem and clearly explained our options moving forward. Will definitely call them back if we need help in the future. Ryan is a "keeper"! Thank you.
