Arco's Self Storage

If you live in bay area, want a storage facility, this is the place you'd have to go. This place has history and long experience that serve storage service with welcome customer service. I do not only need a storage area but I needs a mailbox and a place to where to park my car. I was afraid hard to find a place where I was hoping for as one stop place but this place met my all service needs in one place. Also, they have a new facility to expand more storage capacity and no worry for securities with adequate protection for your personal belongings. Even I do not need a storage facility right away, they fulfill the adjustment that set up initial date as well as promotion.(Excellent Communication with Staffs, Highly Thumbs Up!) This place is also closed to SF Airport that it is quite convenient when you need to access your facility anytime during office hour. This facility has proper showing area that you need to find out how big you needs in storage capacity(Thanks for showing area as well as access of real storage area with professional manner.) If you really have no previous experience for storage service, this place provides excellent service as well as detail explanations. Generally, they have various promotion you'd like and ask for long rent special or prepaid rent special. When they show storage facility, they explain how to use the storage step by step as well as special instructions in the case of emergency and personal access. This is not only they have, they also sell moving boxes, some extra things you'd want to buy for moving in and out. I will not hesitate this storage facility next time, Big Thumbs Up.

We used Bay Area Movers to move our daughter out of her SF apartment. They were a dream to work with. Extremely professional, efficient and courteous. They treated my daughter's items with care. We have used other movers before, and there's no comparison. I would use Bay Area movers every single time I would have to move.

Arco's self storage is amazing.

Veronica was extremely helpful. Twice in the past 2 months, we needed storage in a hurry. Within 1 hour she had units set up for us and ready to go.

Yes, there is free coffee and cold water.

They give you a neat welcome basket also.

Prices are on par with other storage facilities in the area.

Facility is clean, secure, and access hours are great (6 am to 9 pm).

The roll up doors made it incredibly easy to unload all our big items and furniture.

Clean bathrooms also.

I have nothing bad to say. Arco's and Veronica made at least this part of our move stress-free. I cannot accurately explain the relief one feels knowing that our treasured belongings are safe and secure, that was just one very important part of many and Arco's made it stress free.

Great customer service. You really get the family vibe. They go above and beyond at Arco for their customers. Great value. Not price gouging and really nice facilities.

Professional and clean. Safety is not an issue! Plus there are many discounts and options for your unit. Yay!

I truly believe through experience and time, renting storage space at other competitors locally, Arco's storage works consistently to take care of their facilities and customers needs. The property and security and cleanliness and additional help on site is there for tenants almost immediately if needed. The other competitors locally are not keeping up. South San Francisco's office has excellent management. I was informed about this survey from Nicole.

Julie is amazing- incredibly thorough and well spoken. She thinks ahead and addresses all details without talking overly fast, she's a great asset to the Arco's team. She also doesn't interact with customers like an annoying sales person, she remains professional while still personable.

As a result of Julie's leadership skills, this facility is one I'd recommend to anyone- great pricing, it's clean, and as I just noted- great staff.

The service is exceptional especially Nicole.she is very helpful and understands what she was doing. Very friendly and nice to talk too.

Originally I like her informing me the security, dollies, employees & very clean. No musty scent.
I was very expecting 5' wide 10'deep; she showed me 10' wide 5' deep I like the different look.
Nicole was very nice enough to ask to match with competitor. She succeeded And Even though I'm driving an extra 3 miles but Arco made me feel comfortable.
