Aria Build & Construction

This group had two jobs with us, one pretty large kitchen where we gutted our entire old kitchen and built a new one, and one bathroom + vanity remodel.

The team did a great job on the kitchen with the planning, and project management and finished within the price and time frame he originally quoted us. They were also great with handling the non-standard materials we picked out for the job.

Since we had such a pleasant experience with the team we hired them again for our bathroom remodel, but had a caveat that we had a tight deadline due to travel. The contractors were very responsive, and got the job done well, and on time!

I've used them twice, and would definitely use them again for my remodelling needs.

We had a terrific experience working with Aria on our home remodel and addition. Amir (the owner of Aria) was our primary lead. He is an EXCEPTIONAL project manager - very responsive, organized, and detail oriented.

(1) Honest and trustworthy - this was our first construction project. A friend referred us to Aria and based on their excellent experience and specifically Aria's honesty. We were so happy with our choice. Aria delivered with a high level of quality and detail, and on budget.

(2) Great build quality and exceptional finishing work. Tile, countertops/fabrication, cabinets, paint, electrical, plumbing, etc. Our design was not simple, and Aria delivered flawlessly.

(3) Easy to communicate with and very responsive - Amir is very quick to respond (WhatsApp, calls), and the office team was also very responsive and great to work with. We also worked directly with some of the trades (e.g., electrician, painter) so we could meet them on site to review and make decisions - they were all a pleasure to work with, and take their craft seriously. Amir and his teams worked well with our designer and our vendors.

(4) Exceptionally fast. Its unheard of to finish a construction project on time... yet Aria finished a few weeks EARLY. They are very efficient (no downtime).

We can't recommend Aria highly enough, and thrilled that several of friends have chosen to work with Aria too.

They're fantastic in design and build. My home improvement project included:

- Kitchen
- 2 bathrooms
- Engineered hardwood floors
- Baseboards
- Floor and wall air vent installations
- Garage electrical subpanel
- Ring security system
- Ceiling fans in all rooms
- Interior paint

5 months for design and build at the best price I received. So much flexibility and excellent quality work. The tile guys they employ are artists IMO and they were always fair in pricing with my requests!

Aria built an extension and remodel to our existing home so our daughter's family could come live with us. Our experience with them was truly amazing. They delivered on a very tight timeline (5 months including pool demolition) and on budget. But what impressed me most was the professionalism, care and respect from every person who worked on our project. Honestly, we didn't have much of a vision when we started out, but they helped us build a space that was both beautiful and just right for us. The project managers and office managers were responsive and kind. I would strongly recommend Aria for their exceptional skill and overall integrity. No other contractor we've worked with in the past has come close to the quality of work we experienced with Aria!

I worked with Aria, and Amir led the project. It was for a significant house remodel for our home in Palo Alto which involved a bunch of work including increasing square footage, changing the layout of much of the house, adding a master bedroom and master bathroom, a new kitchen, new half-bath, redoing the common area to have a living room and office, etc. It was a big project.

Amir's team was fantastic. I'll bullet point some of the highlights.
* Setting good expectations for both price and timeline. Probably the most important and something I cared a lot about for the project. We added some work for change orders, but there weren't any real surprises in the price beyond a few things where the house itself was old (e.g. replacing some old wood in the framing) or things we chose to do (e.g. doing more exterior painting than we originally were thinking. The project would have actually beaten the timeline originally given to us except some of the things we ordered from other vendors took longer than we expected. This team held up their end of the bargain on timing.
* Very communicative. We set up a chat group on whatsapp early between myself, Amir, and my wife. This was great as we could get answers to things quickly, and he could communicate with us about what was coming next in the project.
* Professional and efficient staff, and high quality work. All the folks I interacted with both from Aria and the subcontractors were great to interact with. My neighbors commented that they were always respectful and friendly when working as well. All the people I interacted with seemed to care about their work and it showed in the finished work. I wasn't around for all the inspections but the ones I was around for went smoothly, and it never seemed like we were blocked on inspections or the city throughout the process.

We've been living in our newly renovated house for a few weeks now and it's been pretty great. We've already been recommending Aria to some of our friends who are considering projects. If we had to do another project, I would go straight to Aria and Amir without hesitation.

I highly recommend this company; their responsible and punctual approach, coupled with their professionalism, truly sets them apart.

We wanted to convert our 2 car garage to a fully self sufficient ADU unit and also add a master suite by extending into the backyard. There were a few other changes done to the existing living space to add a new half bath for guests and redo the interior walls so that all bed rooms have their private full baths.

We signed the contract for 8 months with Aria and I am happy to say that the project was completed on time and to our satisfaction. Any issues that arose during the process were fixed promptly. Along the way, there were a few things that we wanted to do differently than what was planned before signing the contract; all of these changes were handled very professionally.

I would recommend Aria for all your projects big or small.

We have worked with Aria to rebuild our house from scratch and it was a fantastic experience right from the start till after we moved in. The whole process took us roughly 16-18 months. We went from 1100 sqft single floor house 2700 sqft 2 story house.
Construction took 6 months and Amir gave us an estimate of 7 months. We lost 1-2 weeks due to rain. Amir took care of us from design to permitting as well which took 10-12 months. Amir has utmost clarity on every aspect and the best thing is to just follow his suggestions. For all interiors he gave us a list of stores to visit and when to order what from which store and went with that and we are very happy with that. Overall quality of work is awesome and highly recommend Aria. After we moved in whenever we saw small issues Amir's team would schedule and send someone from their team to take care of them.
Amir was also very mindful of our budget and did the best possible within our budget. There was no change from original quote to final cost of construction.
Finally Amir is always a call away and super responsive and constantly guided us through the whole process. Infact his whole team at the office is always available to guide through the whole process. You will be taken care by a fabulous team.

We had a very good experience with Aria. The team is professional and organized. Our project completed on time with no surprises.

They exceeded our expectations for our new construction (approximately 3400 SQ foot home). The whole team has been very easy to work work, very detail oriented and timely. Before the start, Amir had given a timeline of 8 months and he delivered as per the plan without any delays.

The key is $$$$$. Amir follows with the contract. All change orders is on me. He never come back asking for more money for the part of the plan. You can trust the guy.

Amir has amazing project management and task management skills which became the driver for on time completion without impacting the quality of the end results. His ability to pay attention to details also made sure our inspections went smoothly.
