it was bait and switch!! we saw on instagram 2 hydro facials for 120. it's a lie!! i did not get anything close to a facial! they did a suck vacuum and an enzyme. thats it
i had no extraction, no eye cream, moisturizer, no hydro facial nothing!!! then they make you sit for 30 min listen to there spechel and want you to sign up for a 1500 dollar package. and they made me pay $358. i am so upset. i still have dead skin on my face zits and more. never ever ever go here.

I have been traveling a lot recently and my shoulders/back were sore. I am in Burlingame for a wedding so stopped in to Aria Spa to see if they had any openings for the afternoon. Mikey was very welcoming and helped me schedule the appointment. When I returned, Lisa was my massage therapist and she was wonderful!! My back and shoulders feel much better and I will be much more comfortable on the flight back home. If I lived in the area, Aria would be my go-to place for massages.

They have a great team and are very friendly. I have back and leg pain from years of running and biking. The 45 minute massage is a great deal and can include back walking if you'd like. Currently, the 45 minute massage is only $55. Make sure to call for an appointment, because they get busy.

Girl doesn't understand English.
So couldn't tell her about problem areas.
My feet were killing me.
Never touched them.
Clearly didn't understand deep tissue.

Very lame technique often just one hand.
Half a massage. Less actually.
No oil.
Cheated me on time.
must have included my waiting on the table
for her to show up.
Worst massage ever.
Total waste of money.
She actually expected a tip
after such a lame masssge.
I gave her a minimal one.
Not earned.

It is really unfortunate because I really would like to support local business. I didn't have a great experience with the massage here unfortunately. 2 stars for being flexible and accommodating me earlier than my appointed time. However it seems the massage therapist wasn't very communicative and couldn't understand my instructions and there was not a good way I could communicate. But it also seemed like the person didn't quite quite have the requisite knowledge but was very courteous and that does count for something. Unfortunate for me that I won't be going there again.

It was very professional I was stressed out when I was there yesterday the staff was friendly and the quiet with the soothing massage was so good all my stress was melted away I would recommend to a friend or family member illl be back soon

Good legit body massage . Therapists are attentive and they adjusted to my needs.. not too weak or too strong . I would return here anytime im in the area

Called and scheduled a couple hot stone massage. When we got there, the receptionist told us that we're to go in separate rooms because the couples room would be too tight. That's fine. Turns out they forgot our appointment was a hot stone massage so they had to microwave the stones up. That's fine too. But, it was not the hot stone massage either my boyfriend and I were expecting. They pretty much took the stone and just rubbed it up and down our back. The massage itself felt more like pinching & rubbing than anything. My masseuse really focused on my legs, and it felt like she was just rubbing my legs really hard, to the point where I felt a burning sensation from all the rubbing.

Probably won't come back. They're friendly but it's not the type of massage I'm looking for. I came in with knots and left with the knots and more pain.

I only have good things to say about this spa, because everyone is so nice and caring--both the receptionists and Victoria is very strong and have great pressure and her massages are so relaxing.
They offer different massage packages and offer great deals I highly recommend coming here.

My wife and I came here on the night of 7/12/2018. I chose this place because I relied on the previous reviews here in Yelp. I called this establishment 3 hours prior to 730 PM and made an appointment for an hour massage for me and my wife. We got to the place around 725 PM and told the receptionist that we had an appointment for 730 PM. The receptionist asked if we could do the 45 mins massage instead.... 45 mins massage is $45 and the 60 mins massage is $50. Ok so do the math... we I insisted an hour and she accepted our business. We got to the rooms and waited inside the rooms for the next 10 mins. Ok that's fine! Maybe they needed a quick break. My massues who happen to be the receptionist as well started the massage at 740 PM. I was like ... ok she is a hard worker! I get it I have no problems with that. While in the middle of the massage, every time she hears the door bell rings, she would step outside and deal with customers..... really!!!! She finished at 833 PM. At the end I told her in a nice way that we only had around 50 mins massage. She said that getting undress and dress are counted in 60 mins..... really!!!!! She then asked for a tip... yeah ok ... I told her in a polite way that we are not happy with the massage!!!!

I'm not discouraging anyone from visiting this place. You can judge it yourself but just be aware of the massage time!!!
