I wanted to pay a huge compliment to Nate and his team Beto and Adrian. I have a big tree in front of my home with the roots running by the main sewer line. This has caused me distress as my neighbor had the roots from her tree break her line, causing a backup and damage to her home. I'm not experiencing any issues with the drainage or backups for mine but I wanted to avoid what happened to my neighbor and be as proactive as I could.

I called about ten plumbing companies with high ratings. Armstrong was among the few that actually had a live person answer. Not only that but as I explained the situation, Nate was very agreeable, answered my questions with confidence, tried to find me the best pricing possible, and assured me I would be taken care of. He extended his work cell phone number so that I could text him with any questions. When I found out he was the office manager who answered calls and scheduled technicians accordingly, I felt confident Nate could help.

On the day of the appointment, Nate and his team (Bento and Adrian) showed up on time as Nate had said. They were able to run the camera down and welcomed the countless questions I had. I appreciated Nate coming out because he not only wanted to make sure the team performed the job well, he also wanted to learn from them. At the end of the appointment, all my questions were answered and my concerns alleviated.

As a real estate agent, I will refer Armstrong to my clients and other realtors because of Nate and his team. I wanted to work with someone who had my best interest in mind regarding the price, situation, and quality of customer service. Nate and his team could not have been better.

Finding a good plumber is really tough. I've been through more than my fair share, like 5 or 6 in under 2yrs. Peter with Armstrong is my guy! His estimates aren't always the lowest, sometimes they are (they aren't too far off though.) But he has good recommendations/advice, he says he doesn't know if he doesn't know (rare), he never makes me feel rushed when i ask a slew of questions, he's always on-time, he doesn't try to sell me things, and at least twice he's prevented me from buying something that's not the best solution for my home. Their customer service staff is also pretty stellar. The AI auto system the use to create appts is so good it's scary, you'd think you were talking to a real person. But there is an option to talk to a real person for more complex questions/situations.

Everything about this company was excellent. Unbelievably quick response to repair leaking pipe (on late Saturday afternoon). Kyle was there within 30 minutes of my call. Price was VERY reasonable. Explanation of what was wrong with supporting photos was helpful and comforting as I was quite far from my house. I was VERY pleased with Melissa and Kyle's customer service. What a refreshing experience in this day and age.

After experiencing a small leak in some of my seventy-plus year old pipes that managed to do a bunch of damage to my garage ceiling I decided to follow an earlier suggestion by Vince at Armstrong to have all my old galvanized pipes replaced. Vince came out with Mo and Fabian to point to it what needed to be done and then they got to work. Three and a half days later I have beautiful new pipes, plus no more pipes in my ceiling. They worked very hard every day they were here, and when they left there wasn't a speck of debris (hardware, bits of pipes, bits of insulation, etc.) left behind. They had to come up with some creative ways to do the job while minimizing any need to break through walls...I surely appreciate that. And when I had a question/concern about a new part of my system, owner Milton came right out to make sure things were done right and to set my mind at ease.

I have now had the good people at Armstrong do a number of jobs at my house and each one went this well. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Got a bid for some drain line work in my crawl space. It was 4x the competitors price. The technician dodged stating the price of the work by front loading his speech with bells and whistles that only a fool would fall for. Go elsewhere.

Parts were $52 at HD and Labor was estimated at 2hrs.

Armstrong wanted $1795, got their competition to do it for $450 and it took them 1hr and 6 minutes. They did exactly as I needed and proposed. Although Armstrong has done work at my house in the past I will never use again.

I had a leak from the shower drain dripping into my kitchen. Will the technician was thorough and the price was fair. I recommend highly.

Wow. I amazed at how knowledgeable and personable Corey was at our appointment today. Amazing customer service! He made our visit an effortless and easy going experience.

I've used Armstrong for years for plumbing issues in my older (built 1920) home and they have always done a great job and been reliable. RecentlyI had a leak in a tub/shower niche in an upstairs bathroom, and the space was challenging--it needed retiling, but also the old cast-iron tub was small and stained. However, I didn't want to do a full gut and remodel of the bathroom, and it was hard to find a contractor that would take on a smaller job like that. I was surprised and happy to learn that Armstrong has a full-service remediation and reconstruction department and was able to do the job start to finish, including installation of a new soaking tub (they were very helpful in finding one to fit the small space), matching original tile so that there was continuity with the look in the rest of the tiled bathroom, managing a subcontractor for tile installation, and doing full remediation of the mildew and water damage from seepage from the leak. They also worked with me on pricing (they have a loyalty club and joining that saved quite a lot on the job). I recommend their work both for minor issues and larger ones.

We had a plumbing emergency on Sunday 6/11, and both of our bathrooms and hallways flooded. I immediately called Armstrong because they had served us well for a less serious issue a couple of years earlier. I received a call back from Cody within minutes who explained pricing up front. We opted for him to come out right away and he was at our doorstep within about 30 minutes. He was able to clear the mainline promptly and showed us the issue, which was excess toilet paper at the bridge.

Next. he recommended remediation for the water damage and briefly explained the process through an insurance claim. He put us in touch with Mike from Armstrong Remediation who started the process right away. We were given the option of having his team come out that day (again it's Sunday), or to wait until the next morning . We opted for the next morning. He sent me an email immediately of what to expect. Early the next morning, Mike and Nick came with all the equipment to mitigate the water damage. Nick was extremely considerate of our needs, making sure the equipment was not any more intrusive than it needed to be. Nick returned the next day to check the progress and another day to do some demo work.

After the remediation, we had Jorge and Cory from Armstrong here to do a thorough check and hydro jet of our system. We were involved in the process as we could view via camera our system. Jorge explained everything we were seeing.
Today we finally had our visit with our insurance adjuster. As promised, Mike and Nick were here to explain the damages and our insurance adjuster was very receptive.

Mike has been especially responsive through the whole process, answering all my questions via text or email within minutes. Mike has walked us through this whole process. He made a very unpleasant situation not as stressful as it could be. I'm so glad that we reached out to Armstrong Plumbing and Remediation and would not hesitate to contact them again if needed.

Not a good value, overpriced, lack of attention to detail. Do not recommend. There are way better plumbers in Sacramento.
