Very pleased with the Arsen team completing 2 projects at my house this week. They installed a replacement cooktop downdraft that required creative thinking and venting adjustments with no problem. They also installed a new EV charger quite easily. Would definitely hire Arsen again.

ARSEN electric upgraded my outdated 100 amp panel to a 200 amp panel. Dmitry was friendly professional and kept me updated through the process. I would highly recommend and will use ARSEN for future projects. Thank you!

Waste of time. They came out to check my property to provide an estimate.

After two days of not hearing anything, I texted requesting an eta on the estimate, they texted back with "I visited your house on Tuesday. The project is not working for me. Go ahead with other contractors, please. Thanks."

I did go with another contractor.

Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they at least arrived on time for the inspection.

Dmitry and his team recently installed an EV charger for us. From the estimation to the actual work completion, everything was perfect! He arrived on time for the estimate, walked us through all the details about what it would take for the installation and put together a very detailed quote around the same. We have an older electric panel and so finding a breaker for it was difficult. Dmitry was able to find one that got our panel on the same day of the estimate and we got the charger installed in a span of 2 days end to end.
Once the installation was done, his team made sure that everything was working as expected.

Along with the charger install, there was also a small fix for one of our home plug outlets that had burnt down. The team also took care of that and fixed it quickly for us.

I have used Arsen Electric several times in the last couple of years: they helped me installed 240v EV charger and outlets for electric dryers. Dmitry is super responsive and very creative on working out solutions. He and his team are always on time, and the work is usually done nice and clean. I will use them again for my future electrical projects.

Just had an electric charger installed by Arsen Electric. Dmitry, the owner, came for a free estimate. He arrived on time, was extremely thorough in his evaluation. Spent about an hour going through all the details. Our project wasn't straightforward as the main panel was full and needed a new subpanel along with the fact that our main panel was as far as possible from the intended location of the charger. I contacted several electricians (all with good Yelp reviews) and Arsen was by far the most thorough. I had estimates by three others. Some electricians prefer just asking you to take pictures of your panel and give estimates virtually. Dmitry spent the time to make sure everything was considered. Before he left, he gave me detailed PDF estimates with line items.

Fast forward to install day and Dmitry arrived with 3 staff. Installation was flawless and on time. They were extremely professional and cleaned up after. Conduits are well done and aesthetically pleasing.

Most importantly, we had our installation permitted through the city of Palo Alto. Dmitry did all the paperwork and permit application. The city inspector arrived and noted that every EV install inspection today had failed inspection and that ours with Arsen was the first to pass today. The city Inspector was impressed with Dmitry's permit application.

Dmitry and Arsen electric are extremely punctual, professional and reliable in every way. I did my homework when choosing an electrician (so hopefully I'm saving you some time!). I highly recommend Arsen electric and will continue to use them for any of my future jobs.

Arsen helped to install a 240v NEMA outlet. Dmitry and Serhii were both very professional and responsive. They gave a thorough assessment and helped to advise what I needed. High quality work.

Dmitry provided unbelievably quick, competent, thorough installation of our 50A EV circuit from the panel in the back to the front of the house. The team of 3 electricians showed up, went under the house, ran the wires, exited the crawl space with a clean conduit run on the side of the garage to the target area just inside the front gate.

The estimate was descriptive, detailed, thorough and all pricing was transparent and itemized.

The panel was full and multiple breakers had to be thinned out and combined and everything was done quickly with very minimal downtime.

On time. Very cost competitive. Very creative in terms of the solution Dmitry came up with. really really good.

Dimitri is a very no nonsense, 'let's get to business' kind of guy. Which is just how I like it.

Full disclosure, we ended up not moving forward, not because of anything to do with Arsen Electric. the work was to install an EV charger, we ended up not installing one. However, if/when we do, I will definitely call Dimitry

Hired Arsen to install a 3rd generation tesla charger and very pleased with the work. Dmitry was able to quickly give me a quote over yelp, and was able to come within a few days.

The work itself exceeded expectations. Based on pictures sent over yelp, the electricians I contacted all said we could only do a 50 amp install. However, when Arsen took a look in person, they were able to bump up to 60 amps, which means faster charging.

Their craftsmanship is great. All wires are run under the house in the crawl space leaving nothing exposed outside of the house. All metal piping in the garage was checked with a water level. They installed 70 feet of wiring and added a new breaker in 3 hours. Would do business again!
