Honest worker. It turned out the problem was so simple that I was able to fix it myself. The guy actually suggested this to me after I told him the problem with my washing machine! He instructed me on what to do. Most people would have just capitalized on my ignorance. Because of that, this is the company I'll be using when there's an appliance repair job I can't fix.

Prompt response and quick work, esp during holiday season. Could have been better experience and result if the job and expectations were managed better.

I needed a LG refrigerator fixed for a property. Kyle was professional from the start. And very prompt on the day of our onsite visit.

Yes, he did a great job. They were on time that Quale workmanship was excellent and I will use them again and I'll refer them to other people.

So I never actually engaged with ASE and that's why the high review. We had an old appliance that needed repair. We contacted ASE and Kyle responded with some questions. He asked for details on the appliance, did research, and told us it needs to be repaired. He didn't schedule a frivolous home visit that some of the other vendors were proposing.

I wish more vendors behaved in this professional and transparent way

Highly recommended. Kyle responded to my email service inquiry almost immediately and asked a number of questions. Once he was pretty sure of the problem we set up an appointment for the next day. Kyle arrived well within the promised window and made the repair within about 30 minutes. I did not get multiple bids and so can't comment on value, but the service was first-rate and I have no complaints.

Kyle was a giant help on helping me to get my cooktop converted to LP and functioning. I never even needed a service call from him - he graciously helped me to debug via text, offering tons of tips, screenshots of service manuals and general guidance - I was truly blown away at how generously helpful he was without billing his time. Truly grateful for helpful people out there like this and wouldn't hesitate to use him for any appliance needs forever. Don't look any further than ASE!!
