Atlas just finished a project for us, replacing the backyard and front yard concrete with pavers. Carmen and her crew were easy to work with. They quoted fair price, showed up exactly when they said they would, and finished work with good quality. We were happy with the progress of every step through the project. I highly recommend Carment and her team.

Gabriel was the project manager for a paver and low wall installation that was recently completed in a portion of our back yard. This was the second time in seven years that Atlas Pavers did work for us. The first job was a paver and low wall installation in our driveway and entry area and, after having three other contractors look at this backyard job, the choice of contractors became easy.

We had a general idea of what we would like the finished area to look like, but the three other contractors who gave me estimates tried to tell us what THEY would like. With Gabriel's ideas and suggestions the end result was even nicer than what we had anticipated, and at half the price of one the other bids we received.

As other reviewers have mentioned, Gabriel was very responsive to any questions that I had either before or during the job, and the crew worked very hard. After five days, when the job was finished, they left both the yard and the area in front of the house where the material had been dropped, very clean.

We have nothing left to pave but I would hire Atlas Pavers again if I did!

Great experience from initial consult to final result. We had a virtual meetings to discuss ideas and plan the work, then they came to our home (always masked) for measurements and to develop the plan further. They had great ideas to make the space even more livable and "together" feeling. Follow-up virtual meeting included a computer render of the site so we could see it before we started.

Work began on time, with fully-equipped demo crews. Progress was swift: demolition, grading, drainage, pavers, fence, and pergolas took about 4 weeks. Project supervisors were in touch regularly to let us know what was coming up for the week - even letting us know there would be a lull for a few days when material was held up.

Love the end result, would recommend.

Junior and company did an amazing job in transforming what was a complete overgrown mess into a beautiful and functional backyard. From contact to completion there was someone in contact every step of the way making sure everything was understood. We also were very excited that Junior guided us and let us make decisions and offered feedback and explanations on why things would or wouldn't work. If you are interested in pavers for your home this is the company to contact. We are extremely appreciative for the time and care they have shown us.

Gabriel was the project manager for my paver installation. He was friendly and responsive from start to finish and he answered all of my questions promptly. The job was not without glitches though - the demo crew hit a fence post and didn't tell me. When Gabriel got them to replace the post, it was still not done right, so he had them fix it again. When all was said and done, I'm happy with my paver installation and neighbors have commented on how good it looks.

Gabriel Freitas the project manager and designer is outstanding! He was prompt, responsive, professional, accommodating, experienced and most of all took ownership from A-Z! From the polite ladies over the phone to both demo and install crew, they all came thru!
I loved that they included me anytime a decision was needed and found solutions. They cleaned up each day and worked dusk to dawn to be on schedule. Highly recommend Atlas! Gabriel even worked thru 2 holidays and a new born baby, I appreciate him. Thanks!

Atlas Pavers was the only company out of the 6 I had contacted previously to actually get back to me with an appointment for a consultation.

Candido was our project lead/designer and he was able to take my concept for a yard and make it a reality.

The Atlas team did a great job on our yard. The pavers are level and drain properly, the artificial turf they installed looks so good our neighbors think it's real grass and they even installed a water feature for us which we purchased off WayFair.

During the process the work site was kept extremely clean and were respectful of the property.

Even when Candido was not on site the workers were respectful and made sure every detail was to design. One of them even spent half an hour with me working to make sure the "S" curve where the pavers meets the turf was correct. Truly wonderful work.

Lastly, we had some late additions to the project which Candido was able to facilitate which included some additional lighting and rocks for the area around the water feature.

We're so overjoyed with how the yard turned out so a big thank you to Candido and his team for all their hard work!

Note that they are pricy but honestly . . . you get what you pay for. We certainly feel we got our moneys worth in a yard that we can enjoy for decades to come.

I setup an appointment for backyard remodeling. Kenya was on time, discussed the project, took all the measurements and said she will get back to me within a week. It never happened and I pinged her twice on her phone. No response either.

It is ok to choose not to do the job, but it is not courteous to ignore your customer and not update on why you don't want to pursue. The price wasn't discussed and I was ready to do it right away. So not sure what was the issue. Waste of time on both ends.

I'm glad I did not go through with them for being so unprofessional.

Rocco (designer consultant), and Candido (project manager), and the rest of the team were great to work with for my backyard renovation. I had 900 sq ft or so of dirt and old concrete slabs that needed to be demo and replaced with belgard pavers.

Total time was 5 days from M-Fri. That's as efficient as it gets. Great communication from Rocco throughout. Candido came to visit the site on a daily basis which was great. Both of them were responsive to my concerns, questions, and needs.

Regarding the rest of the team, they did a good job with preparation to avoid any damage to my existing pavers on my driveway and walkway. They did the proper 7.5 in of dig up and replaced with geotex fabric, paver base, and bedding sand. They did a good job with grading, but there were a few spots that were not graded properly. I would say 5 sq ft x 2 spots out of 900 sq ft that held water and didn't go to the nearby drain. That's not bad considering that's 10 sq ft out of 900. They also helped me put in the drains. They use polymeric sand and not regular sand, which was great. You can have a quote with sealer or not, up to you. They use Glaze N Seal Paver Sealer either natural look or enhanced wet look. Cleanup was good overall.

I would recommend if you have extensive amounts of vegetation, tree stumps, roots etc, that you hire a tree removal service instead of having Atlas do it. They are not specialized in doing that and will charge a lot more than a tree removal service would charge.

Overall I recommend Atlas for your paving needs. Great company and crew to work with.
