Audi Concord

I had a great experience for the second time in the last seven years at Audi Concord specifically with Brent Atkinson. He had sold me my last two cars and made it very painless and easy. He was very supportive and helped with communicating all the technology.He answered all of my questions and took great care of me, Derek Maricha, their technology person was also wonderful to work with. He had great energy and lots of patience.
My total experience with the two of them was seamless and very positive!

I have had the pleasure of working with John Freitas at Audi Concord on two occasions since purchasing my Audi. The initial salesperson I worked with was not very responsive, but John stepped in and resolved all issues swiftly. On a subsequent occasion, I reached out to John regarding servicing, and he went above and beyond to assist me. His energy and enthusiasm for helping customers are evident and greatly appreciated. During a regular inspection I also mentioned a problem with the none working A/C system of my 2013 Audi A3 TDI. The Audi Dealer estimated $5,500 for the repair, plus charged me for refilling the A/C and diagnosing the issue.

I declined the estimate and went to
Prestige Autohaus, Walnut Creek.
I paid about $1,500 there for the repair!
Excellence and fast service, fair pricing. Highly recommended alternative to the totally overpriced dealership services.

Well, hugely disappointed in the sales department.
Went in this morning intending to buy this vehicle.
Sat & chatted with Sales person (I'll spare his name, I blame head of sales E.O.)
Anyway, get to test drive the vehicle drive to W. Pittsburg, Pleasant Hill, back to Concord.
It's 100 degrees out, we are making sure passenger seat goes down, etc. All good! It is a go! Keep in mind the vehicle has been with us or in our sites for approx 2 hours. No one else interested in this vehicle. we are sitting at desk, ready to write our check & our sales person informs us that our vehicle has just sold. I'm sorry, what?
So is it a racial issue? We have not even stated that we wanted negotiate the sticker price yet. We just sat down to business!

SHADY! Not sure if it was bait & switch situation.
Not sure & it doesn't matter.
I just would not recommend wasting any time here.

I am sorry to say, same vehicle still on their website showing available for purchase.

How hard is it for the service department to call you back to make an appointment. Well apparently very hard since I have called 2x and after having a question and being told a service advisor would call me back I am still waiting.

How can I give more than 1 star if you can't even get a call back????

Took my test drive I knew it was the car . Tim sealed the deal with his great knowledge and customer service. The whole team the endowed positive and very light everyone seemed like they like each other and was laughing and joking. It was like visiting a friend you haven't seen in a long time. I'm now an Audi family member.

I recently had my vehicle stolen and needed to purchase a car pretty quickly. I visited three of their competitors and my time with Cody at Audi was by far the best experience. As a young buyer and woman of color, I was treated quite poorly all day and Cody was able to turn my day around. He was very attentive and gave me all the information I would need to make a decision during this stressful time. He is very knowledgeable of their products and offers. I waited quite a bit to post this review. If I can give these people a negative 10 I would right now. I took my car in for service several month ago. I was thinking that should be an easy fix since they should know how to service their cars. As the day came to a close I called the service writer guy in charge of my car to figure out what's the plan. I was truly stunned by what he told me. In a nutshell I was told that there is no way they can repair my car and that I had an accident while I was driving it and that I need to call my insurance and report the accident. I kept arguing back and forth to tell him that I was never in an accident. Simply the charger on the Audi was not charging. At the end of the day I told him I would pick up my car and think about the situation. Brought my car home to discover that these folks vandalized my car and let it in disarray. They did not even have the decency to put the car back together. I called the head of the service department the next day to speak to him. To my surprise the whole entire team there are all in on the scam. I received nothing but rude talk, poor customer service, racist remarks. To get my car fixed I had to drive it to another dealership to have it looked it and get it repaired. These folks are the worst. Will never go back!

As a first time Audi owner, I am thrilled with my purchase of a 2024 Q8 e-tron. Adrian De Jesus was my sales specialist and I could not have asked for anyone better to assist me with my purchase. As a young female buyer, Adrian treated me with nothing but respect and professionalism.

Adrian is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to educate me about the bells and whistles important to me without overwhelming me with information.
