When my car got towed from the freeway, the tow truck driver recommended me to Auto 360 in Daly City Ca. There I met Gino the owner. Very welcoming and approachable guy who was no stranger to the situation. He made me feel like home and his showroom looked like a resort. The bathroom looked like it belonged to a night club and the shop was full of cars so I knew I was in the right place to have my car repaired.
Wasting no time, I came back in less than a week and parts were already at his shop waiting to be installed. My expectations were blown away by the efficiency Gino displayed. A week later my car was ready for paint and couldn't wait to see the outcome.
A few days later I received a call to pick up my car, I arrived and there it was sitting outside all cleaned up and washed looking like it was never involved in an accident. You couldn't even tell car was hit. I was even more impressed when he told me all the work had a lifetime warranty.
I want to thank Dr. G for the great communication and professionalism throughout the whole process. If you want to be treated like family and have the right hands touch your vehicle, Auto 360 is the place for auto collision repairs.

When you call, they can see your telephone number and get right into your account. I did have to go back for them to fix a seam on bumper that had popped out a bit. Set an appointment and all was good. The owner is usually there as his office is visible from front desk. Nice guy and into good customer service.

steve t.Daly City, CA27053Apr 30, 2024Updated reviewAfter getting home I noticed my right side mirror was broken. It wasn't broken when I dropped it off to them. Mentioned to Gino but he doesn't think they broke it. I believed Fernando did it on purpose.This has to be the worst experience ever.

On January 19th, I bought my car there and Fernando(manager) helped me(not in a welcome way). On February 9th., I was told to pick up my car at 5:30pm which I had to wait another hour. Ridiculous!!! When I saw my car, I noticed one of the molding on the door was missing,One of the black out for the door window was missing, the hood on the passenger side was not even, the passenger side door was not even, the side skirt was not flush in, a dried paint drop, screws was missing, front lip was not painted or touched up. I told Fernando and he wasn't happy about it not because who ever worked on the car but me pointing it out. So he says he will order the molding and the black out and it shouldn't take more than a day or two to fixed the problem. When I left, the car vibrates when I'm at the stop or red light. When I'm on the freeway at 70 or up, the paddles shakes. The headlight on the driver side is beaming up and wasn't balanced out. So after 3 weeks I still haven't receive any call from him so I called and he says he was on vacation. WTH??? Totally unprofessional!! I asked if he received the stuff yet and he says he'll order now. After 3 weeks still nothing. So unprofessional.. Finally on April 8th, I dropped my car there. I picked up my car on April 17th, and guess what?. Nothing really got fixed. The hood and the door was still uneven. The side skirt was not flushed in. The headlights was balanced out but it's beaming alittle too high almost like high beaming someone. Fernando said that's the best they can do with the hood, door and the side skirt. I told him that's not right and it should be even like the other side. U can tell he was frustrated with me for pointing out all this little problem. Not sure how he is the manager. I gave u the business and that's how I get treated. I could have told geico that I'll choose another place to go to but I didn't and gave u the business. Not once did I gave Fernando an attitude or anything.
So anyway, when I picked up my car on April 17th., Fernando drove my car out of the garage and as he approached the street he supposed to slow down but the front of the car slammed right to the ground causing a cracked on the left side and right bottom. He got out of the car and I told him the lip is cracked. He didn't say anything at all and walked away. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
I made a complaint with geico and that they will take care of the problem.
I also made a complaint with Gino(owner of 360 garage). As we were talking he said he would take care of the problems and that I can take my car to another garage that he owns in the Bay Area. I told him ok but after a few days later I decided not to just because. I have no problem with Gino as he was pretty nice and professional.
As far as Fernando, I seriously don't understand how he can be a manager serving the public. Extremely rude and totally unprofessional.

The Auto 360 team has been my go-to for auto repairs since I first moved to the Bay Area 12 years ago. They have taken care of minor cosmetic issues due to a fender bender to major $$$ damage to all of my cats over the years.

I go there because geico shop n is near. But first time picking up my car. The driver seat and steering wheel have big black mark on it. I had them clean it. Then after I get to work. Find out the clear protector and trim wasn't install. I came back next day. They put back the clear protector. Can't put the trim because need to be painted. Now I have to wait another week . Also the door line dont line up. N if u put hand @ the gap u can feel isn't smooth.

Since Auto360 did an excellent job on my first car. So, It would be a smart move to bring my other car to a repair shop you can trust with quality workmanship and excellent service.
Again, beautiful work on my car. The top was replaced with OEM parts and paint work was flawless.

The quality of work at this place is incredibly bad! The disregard for people's property is mind boggling!!! I brought my car into this place to fix my back bumper, when I get back to the shop to pick up my vehicle it's as if someone was driving very carelessly in my car AT THE SHOP! My side mirror was scratched up as well as my passenger door! When I brought this up to the shop they looked dumbfounded. No one had an excuse as to what happened to my vehicle while it was in their possession. Of course I made them fix the problem, But I find it ridiculous at the fact that they would even think that I wouldn't notice something like that! WHO HIRES THESE PEOPLE!

This place is a sorry excuse for an auto shop! They don't even deserve to have the option to give a star, auto 360 garage is a dumpster fire to say the least! I brought my car in recommended by my insurance because my brakes went out. I was promised no more than two weeks. I got a call from the shop saying that it's going to take a little bit longer because they needed to wait for parts to come in, which is fine. When I called to check up on my car, they said everything is fine. They said they will call me when to pick up my vehicle. Two weeks turned into almost a month and come to find out.....They were giving me the runaround because someone had stolen my catalytic converter from my vehicle! Best believe I am filing a lawsuit! I will never ever ever ever recommend this place, NOT even to my worst enemy! SUCH A DISGRACE!!

I recently had my car serviced here through a claim, with Geico.
Pros as far as the physical work they do it is of very high quality & I was very satisfied.
Cons, they lack communication skills & I never once got an update I had to always call them & on top of that. I believe the owners daughters work the front desk, they have no customer service skills at all & their vibe cold & unfriendly as well unwelcoming & I don't think they really want to be there and deal with people.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I took my car here for my door to be painted and the lock to be fixed and they told me that the car would be ready 3 days later which was fine. I go to pick up my car and they told me the lock smith didn't come to put the lock on so the car wouldn't be ready until the next day then the next day comes and I go to pick up the car and the door is painted the wrong color. So I go back the next day and the door isn't even on the car they said the door wasn't ready again. I go the next day pissed at this point and get the car back then I go to try the key for my door and glove compartment and it's the wrong key as if it couldn't get worse. A few days go by and I notice that my door has runs on it as if they didn't let the car dry all the wall. I had to speak to the manager and he was saying well we did just get the car here so it wouldn't be trash in time. So why tf would you say it would be ready on that day then. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO TO. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THERE JOB. DO NOT GO HERE. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD
