This auto glass service is the bomb. Called on Saturday for quote and had appointment for Monday. Their glass tech was there early and did a professional job. Their pricing is much better than Safelight glass and they do not charge extra for mobile service. Truly a 5 star service.

I needed the windshield replaced in my 2019 Honda Civic due to a large crack that resulted from careless wiper blade maintenance (oops!). I made a yelp quote request across a broad range of companies in my area to gauge affordable pricing and customer service, and Auto Glass Combat Vet not only stepped up first, but was also very communicative throughout the quote and planning process.

John sent me a greeting and asked a few preliminary questions to ensure that they could obtain the proper part for my vehicle and gave me multiple pricing quotes that were dependent on whether or not my vehicle had certain features/functions (lane departure system, rain sensor, etc.). I was immediately satisfied with their pricing for the windshield replacement but I waited a few days to consider my original plan for the replacement.

My original plan was to go with the company that previously provided their services to me for my old vehicle but they were unresponsive after multiple attempts to get a quote. I was really disappointed in the other company's lack of response and essentially felt ghosted after receiving a text from them saying they would get back to me. I waited a week for a response from them and got nothing. Auto Glass Combat Vet was my top contender at that point. I felt that John's communication was a big selling point in acquiring their services. It means a lot to me as a customer when I receive quick and thorough responses when inquiring about services I may need.

That being said, I did consider all my options and got quotes from a number of local businesses, and one of the majors that rhymes with space flight. They wanted over double what Auto Glass Combat Vet was asking. So after a snub from the company I previously did business with and incredible pricing quotes from Auto Glass Combat Vet, I decided to go with Auto Glass Combat Vet. John responded almost immediately to all of my inquiries via Yelp projects chats and was able to set up a mobile appointment for me a few days later.

Technician Martin arrived shortly after giving me a heads-up call that he was 10 minutes out. All he needed was my key and quoted me a completion time of about 45 minutes which turned out to be right on the money. The service was outstanding and the workmanship was just as professional. I was presented with multiple payment options as well.

All in all, I would highly recommend using Auto Glass Combat Vet for your auto glass services/windshield replacement/repair. If you don't believe me when I tell you they are the best at what they do, please take a look at the nearly 100% 5-star review scores they've accumulated here on Yelp. Tuesday morning a rock hits my windshield on my way to take my last final exam of college. Definitely was not the energy I needed to start my day on! The damage started to spread quickly. I used Yelp's project feature to send messages to windshield repairs and Auto Glass was my first response! Within minutes John was able to give me a quote and let me know how they perform the service.

Thursday morning, Leo came out to replace my windshield. He completed the process within 45 minutes and left everything spotless. I'm so grateful that the process was so seamless and fairly priced. I'll definitely refer Auto Glass to anyone who needs glass repairs and will contact them in the future if needed!

Quick with the response. Most places said a couple 2-3-4 days or more. They were here quick. This is the second time they have taken care of me and the windshields I break. Great price compared to others. Plus the do exactly what they represent to do. Service with professionalism.

Great company! AGCV's tech, Nathan, arrived on time and was very professional and polite. Explained the process from beginning to end. He finished the job in less than an hour. Their pricing was reasonable and quality of service is 10/10. I would trust them to replace any car windows and will use them in the future as needed.

There is a reason why this company has 5/5 ratings. I got a quote in less than a hr. Easy to book the service. My technician was Nathan. He was great. Punctual, informative, and knowledgeable. Yelp is weird, I gave a review 2 days after the work was done, I got an email acknowledging the review and I do not know what happened to it because I received another email asking for review?? Here it goes again... i recommend this company because they were very prompt responding to my request. They were also on time they came to my place right within the appointment window. They were quick too and was finished at the promised time they will finish. The price is also affordable I must say. Hopefully I do not have to call them again for windshield replacement, but if I do I will call on them again for service. Thank you.

Used this company a few years ago to replace my windshield and they did a great job. Different car now but I got a rock chip/crack in my windshield on the way to work around 8am. Submitted a claim through my insurance company and got a call from Auto Glass Combat Vet about noon. The receptionist was able to get me an appointment today and the tech arrived at my office at 130pm. Really nice guy and was able to finish the repair and have my keys back to me by 2pm. Very happy with the service! A+

Inquired on Yelp windshield crack repair and my message went out to several companies in the area. Ended up communicating with John, the owner of Auto Glass Combat Vet. Who actually responded to my message rather quickly.

He noted that because of the length of the crack the windshield would have to be completely replaced, as the crack was too long to repair. He gave me a competitive price and was able to schedule my appt for the next afternoon before 1.

The tech came out to my home for the repair and let me know the installation should take 45 mins to an hour. But I think he ended up finishing in like 30 mins...extremely fast work.

Overall: Fast communication, competitive pricing, quick installation.
