Mark-the owner of the business, repaired my 2023 BMW i7 windshield so well, I can't even see where the staring and chip was. Truly amazing! The chip and cracking of the windshield was right where the heads up display projects and I was planning on seeing something from the damage every time I look at the heads up but nope - a truly amazing and perfect repair! The level of service was very impressive and professional as well. Mark took his time preparing and fixing the damage without rushing- getting it absolutely right before he was satisfied and finished. The price was very reasonable as well. Give Auto Glass Express your business. They have earned my compliments and more!

I'm very happy with my experience with Auto Glass Express after my car was recently broken into. I called in asking for a quote and was able to make an appointment within the next 2-3 days to come in. Prices were fair and they were upfront about what parts they were using! I appreciate the transparency.

They went above and beyond when I was running into a delay the day of my appointment. I called in if they could accommodate me an hour after my appointment and I told them I understand if I would need to reschedule. They fit me in and even went into their lunch to get my window fixed! It's been 2-3 weeks since the repair and I haven't had an issue with leaks or anything. Lifetime warranty if any issues after the service. Definitely would recommend this place for peace of mind and excellent work!

Despite taking all precautions, and not having anything visible or valuable in my car, it still was broken into late (around 10pm) on a Thursday night. I submitted my project requests through Yelp and heard back from Auto Glass Express early the next day. By 10am on Friday, I had a new rear stationary window and all remnants of the broken window were gone!

While Auto Glass Express was not the cheapest option nor most expensive, the prices were reasonable and the service was responsive, quick and friendly.

Pleasantly surprised at the work, great customer service and fair price. It was so inspiring I wrote a haiku.

I would recommend this place to anyone! I originally had Safelite come to my house(they canceled my first appointment and made me wait another week). they were very difficult and basically did not want to replace my front window shield when they got here. they were making excuses that they never told me about when I made the appointment.
I called auto glass express and they were able to come out that day and replace my window shield in about an hour. The customer service was amazing and the guy who came out was awesome too. again I would highly recommend this place!

I just had my front windshield replaced again and I am very happy I found this place on Yelp! They have great customer service, communicate very well and they do an excellent job.

The first time I came here was back in the Summer of 2021. I came on a Saturday morning. It took about 4 hours because they had to calibrate the car.

The second time I came was yesterday. I dropped off the car in the morning before I went to work (6am) and it was ready around 1:30pm! Thank you Fernando/Ladan!

Their location is convenient to everything except Bart (because that's a long walk). They are my go to for any type of glass car repair and will definitely recommend this place to my coworkers, family and friends!
