Excellent service!! Everyone was super nice and helpful. I called in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment the next morning. They did a complete replacement on my windshield and then recalibrated it for the lane assist features! They worked with my insurance so all I had to pay was my deductible. Highly recommend!

Driving down the I-5 I heard a large rock smash into my windshield. It scared me so bad I was in shock for a moment! I looked for the crack and cursed the truck in front of me. I didn't see anything at first. I thought maybe I was making a mountain out of a molehill about the sound it made. About a week later I started to see a little line creeping down my windshield...the crack had started in the the sunshade spot behind the rearview mirror and that's why I hadn't seen it!

I called my insurance and they said they only covered small cracks and I was SOL. I called a couple places. Safelite was going to charge me $400 for the replacement. I made an appointment with them because I had to get this replaced no matter what. In the meantime I called this place and got a better price plus they could do it that same day. I would be done in about an hour. I booked and pulled over.

The men working were so nice and helpful. The guy with the desk to the right helped me himself, Victor, and I felt like I could really trust him with my baby. He let me sit in the small waiting area for the hour he worked on the glass. I did some work while waiting.

I was in and out! Thoroughly impressed with the service and knowledge by these guys. I hope I never have to come back to see you but if I am even in a bind again, they are my first choice!

They repaired a chip in my windshield, and gave me a "if it continues to crack warranty " if it did they would take the price of the repair off the price of a windshield replacement. And the people were a good conversation while I waited.

First of all, I hit a wild turkey and demolished my windshield! This incident happened on a Thursday afternoon and I had weekend plans for a road trip. Such a huge inconvenience but these guys had my vehicle ready to roll the very same day!
Even after insurance issues and calibration of camera in the windshield.
They provided me with a friendly shuttle ride and brought my vehicle to me when finished.
Not only that, Victor, called me to make sure all was well. Outstanding customer service!!!

This is the customer service you've been looking for. Responsiveness was amazing! We called this morning and the folks said bring it in. By 12pm we had a brand new window with lifetime warranty at almost $70 off the company my auto insurance recommended (Safelite). Could not recommend this place more!

Just wanted to share my story with everyone. very happy with this company. Bought a vehicle about a year ago with a pretty cracked windshield, getting my car ready to sell now and windshield was on the list of repairs. i went to safelite for a quote, they got me for $430 for a windshield out of pocket. didn't really feel like dropping that much on a car i'm trying to flip. Got a ad on Facebook from these guys thought i'd inquire for a quote. Victor responded to me same day. not only was he very professional he had the hospitality part as well. i asked him if he can come on said date and he gave me three openings to choose from. I got a call that day from Jay letting me know he was on his way. I was working this day and was unable to be at home so one of my family members took care of my car for me. Jay was professional as well and as i am a mechanic as well it's hard for me to resist the urge to check someone else's work on my car. and i have to say it passed with flying colors. the cherry on top is Auto Glass Solutions quoted me way lower than what safelite was quoting me. My family member told me he was done in about 40 min.
