After having the same tires on our Honda Accord for 8 yrs, decided to replaced them for safety reason. I've checked costco,americas tire ,tire rack, Firestone,Big o tire,wheelwork. All of them basically either don't offer variety of tires and almost more expensive.
so went to check out Yelp for tires in MIlpitas(where i live) and they have excellent review for Auto Innovation, and it so happen that my relative also own a auto repair shop in the same complex , and he gave them a big Thump up. I called and talked to Steve and ask him to recommend a basic day to day reliable tires (since this is for my wife car) and he recommended Sumitomo tires with Tread rating of 600 AA, which is excellent and since i've used Sumitomo tires when i live in Asia and very happy for their quality. Stop by there in the morning and Orlando ordered the tires for me and set an appointment to install them, I asked him if i can avoid the expense of doing alignment since the car had only 43k miles and i did not feel any pull when i test drove it in the freeway and steering is pretty straight and t tight. He recommend to hold off on the alignment and advice to bring the car for rotations every 5k miles and they usually will look at the tread wear and will advise you if alighnment and balancing the tires is needed. Overall very honest people and never try to sell you more services that you don't need. Also flat tire repair and tire rotation is part of their warranty services. Very honest people .

I make my way to come out of Daly City to drive down and have Auto Innovations handle my car. Not a short trip. They were able to take my vehicle in at the scheduled time and have it ready within an hour and a half.

Orlando is responsive, considerate, and personable. I will always go out of my way to have my vehicles serviced here.

I have been going to Auto Innovations for over 5 Yrs now. Orlando has great attention to detail .... and I am a really picky customer .... so imagine that! He has always done an amazing job with Tire replacements, wheel balancing and alignments on my M3, A4 and 3000GT. If you love your cars ... don't take them any place else - Trust me!

Come here if you need tires mounted to your expensive wheels. Orlando was careful when mounting tires on my Volk TE37s. He also aligned the tire marks to the valve stems, so not much balancing weights were needed.
He'll charge you a little less too if he doesn't have to remove/install them on your car and if the wheels don't have old tires that need to be dismounted.

A long time ago like probably 20 years ago, I went here to get springs installed for my WRX and they did an awesome job. I remembered this store so I checked to see if they were still around and glad to see it is still opened.

I was suggested to get alignment checked out because my tires were wearing. I worked with Orlando to get setup for an appointment for some wheel alignment. They had some availability in the upcoming days so it was a very short turnaround.

I came in during my scheduled time and they got to work right away. Turns out I didn't really need the alignment but they put everything back into spec. There was wear on both inside and outside the tires. It was my fault for not rotating early enough. They got me in and out quickly and I got a paper with the specs they adjusted to.

I've come here a few times now. Did an alignment on my Gen 3 Tacoma and Integra. During both visits, I've come in for an alignment, tire balance, and rotation and both times they assessed my vehicles and never charged me for an alignment when it wasn't needed. Orlando is honest, friendly and extremely knowledgable in what he does. Highly recommend their services.

I recently managed to curb the right rear wheel on both my car & my husband's car...(I swear I'm a good driver & that the curb is the one at fault)...I checked for alignment quotes and this place gave me the best deal for both models so it was a no-brainer!

I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly and they were done with the vehicle much quicker than anticipated. Will definitely come back next time if we need alignments again!
