Auto Pro Detailing

Referred over to auto Pro detailer and I can see why! Had the pleasure of working with Sarah, Mynor, and Byron while my car was serviced here. They listened to what i had to say and helped me improve the touch up work to my car. The car looks amazing after paint correction and ceramic coating. Mynor doesn't joke when he says a car will look better than new, and that's because it is. Shocker right?

We brought our brand new Model Y straight to Auto Pro for partial front PPF, full ceramic coating, and front window tint. After having a bad experience with PPF installation at another shop in Fremont, I was especially careful in selecting a shop this time around. I talked to several shops around the area with specific questions on their product, installation process, and aftercare maintenance. It wasn't easy to tell over the phone and emails which shop would actually provide the best work and service without past experience or referral, but I ultimately landed with Auto Pro mainly because of the professionalism in my interaction with their front office staff, Sarah. Sarah is a superstar and patiently answered all my questions in detail.

This shop wraps the PPF around most of the edges which the other shop I went to did not do. I was only able to find a few small air bubbles after the initial installation (completely normal) which they took care of for me in the first checkup after the curing period.

My only word of advice for those bringing in brand new Teslas is to ask them to first inspect for any paint issues before applying PPF or ceramic coating . This was not a fault or responsibility of theirs, but I did notice a non-trivial paint flaw that couldn't be fixed with paint correction only after the work was complete. And by that time, it was too late to bring it back to Tesla to resolve. What people say about Tesla's poor paint quality is mostly true, so make sure you get any flaws resolved before getting the work done.

I wish I had found them earlier for my other cars. Overall, from what I can tell, their PPF installation is nearly flawless. Their entire staff and ownership (Mynor, Byron) are also great to work with. I will be bringing all my future cars to them in the future.

Brought my older, but new to me, car in for:
1) Exterior detailing; 2) Headlights and taillights polishing; 3) Interior Detailing. I purchased the 2-year ceramic work.
1) Exceptional quality on ceramic work. Everything on the car except the trunk hood looks like a late model car now.
2) Wow! I'm thoroughly surprised that these old, cloudy, yellowed lights look brand new.
3) Interior floors took an additional 24 hours at home to dry. Though shampooed, there appeared no effort to remove stains. Also, the interior windshield film was just smeared around, rather than removed. For $800, I expected better work.

Year-2 Update: The film and coating have held up really well. The tint has been great too, so no complaints. There were a couple of spots where bubbles were forming, so I took the car in to have them inspected. I also wanted to get a replacement window re-tinted to match the rest of the car.

The team investigated and fixed the bubbles, applied ceramic tint on the new window, and detailed the car within an hour despite the other cars on which they were working. I appreciated their quick attention for a repeat customer like me. Additionally, the price to redo the tint was quite affordable and lower than I expected.

Final note: There is a spot on the left-side of the front bumper where the PPF has chipped. The paint is unscathed. The hype is real: the film saved my bumper from getting rock chipped, confirming the efficacy of the film in protecting my car.

Hopefully Yvette can eventually help me fix the slightly damaged panel in the future (without breaking the bank)! :)

This place is amazing. I could not have been happier working with Sarah, she is super responsive and friendly. These guys did a great job with PPF, ceramic coating, and tinting. They gave me a good price and the quality of their work is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate taking all my future cars to this place.

Coming back once again thanks to the great customer service and solid work. Byron helped me out this time with checking/ touching up my Cermaic Coat that they put on a couple years ago now. While I was there I asked for them to do the full detail with Clay Bar Wax and it came out looking brand new! Could not of been happier with the work and you know I'll be back again!

My Model Y was looking a little tired and needed a detail. They did amazing job and really brought the shine back. Legit looks like new.

Amazing results! Byron and his team meticulously cleaned every inch of the interior of my car, leaving it looking and feeling brand new. They even took care of the hardest-to-reach areas with precision and care. The attention to detail was absolutely outstanding, and the fresh, clean scent was the perfect finishing touch. They didn't just do a great job; they went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied. I couldn't be more impressed by the service and quality of the work done on my Lexus NX 450h+. I requested window tinting, PPF (full front, hatch, and bumper), and ceramic coating (5 year warranty). The process took 4 days to complete (Wed - Sat morning).

Sarah was very responsive throughout the entire process. Before scheduling an appointment, she was honest and straightforward when answering my questions - letting me know what to expect (before, during, and after the project). Because this was my first big purchase, I was nervous about handing off my car, but Sarah sent me photos and videos the entire time. On the first day, she sent pics/vids of every rock chip on the car. Then throughout the remaining days, she sent pics/vids of the PPF application and result of the window tints. When picking up the car, she explained and showed me every detail of the work done, and how to care for the PPF + ceramic coat + tints until the follow up appointment. She also pointed out bubbles, which is expected to subside over a few weeks.

Byron greeted me upon arrival and went over what I requested. With his professional opinion, he recommended some additional PPF over specific parts of the car that I agreed to. Throughout our interaction, he was straightforward, honest, and professional. He answered all our questions, explained what can and can't be done, paint correction expectations, and the process of it all. When picking up the car, I decided to have small last minute PPF additions to the door edges. Because I was on a time crunch, Byron and his team were able to quickly complete this in 10-15 minutes, which I really appreciate. The quick PPF additions look flawless and I'm absolutely overjoyed with the results.

Overall, they did a stellar job on everything and completely exceeded my expectations!
