Auto Stop

Came in as a walk-in for an alignment because I changed out one of my tires. I ended up needing my control arms replaced.

The person who helped me out showed me what happens with my car because of the old control arms and explained why they needed to be replaced. He also showed me the part, once removed, and thoroughly explained what it was, the cause, and what was happening with the control arms. Not only that but he also cleaned my car (and I've been putting it off for months). The person at the counter was super friendly and very helpful. He made dealing with the company in charge of my warranty very easy. He was also able to get me a ride home after dropping off my car for repairs.

Service was excellent here. My vehicle had clutch & suspension repairs completed perfectly.

The shop went above and beyond to figure out what went wrong with my AC. They have integrity and they do an excellent job. I'm really impressed with how hard they worked to make sure that my family has a working AC in this hot summer weather thank you very much and I'll be back. :)

I took my Chevy Tahoe here today and they had great customer service. I needed my oil changed along with my brakes and tires looked at. It took the guys no time at all, I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Most auto places drag their feet but these guys get things done. He even let me know I had an oil leak and needed a new plug which he didn't over charge me for. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here if you are in Sac, I couldn't imagine someone being better.

I put a "project" on Yelp, because my car kept getting a check engine light on, get a couple different quotes from different mechanic. Auto Stop message to me: bring in your car, we'll see what we can do for you. I go there, which is not a super convenient location for me to drive thru. After waiting a couple minutes in the lobby with other people, the counter person comes in to ask if we've all been helped, i have the report in my hand about why my car is having problems passing smog, and counter guy rudely tells me: we don't do smog repairs, with an attitude that says: stop wasting my time. WTF? Don't go here unless you have time to waste and get dicked around by a RUDE counter person. F this place!

They fixed my son's 2005 Mazda, and they repaired it within the day in a decent price

Had a maintenance requirement on my car, so I stopped by and had a nice experience! I always get serviced at the service center that I got my car from as I trust them since they are the manufacturer of my car. I never thought about getting maintenance done from another shop, but because I wanted a fair and affordable price, I decided to check out auto shops on Yelp, and found this place to have great reviews. I went to see if they can do the maintenance (oil change/filter, rotation of tires), and this place does!

Went in around 1:30pm and I was immediately taken care of. I waited about a little over 30 minutes (which is better than 1-2.5 hrs at my usual service center). Once they were done, they gave me a reasonable price and that was it. The employees were nice and professional, quick to provide me service. I'm definitely going back here in the future!

I really appreciate your service to fix my car replacing my transmission. Early in the morning 11 March I called the shop and spoke to Kevin if I can bring my car to there shop to fix my transmission and He told me drop it off and will see from their. I told them what happened to my transmission so About ten to fifteen minutes later Steve came in and He print the estimate how much do I need to pay. Two to three days later Kevin called me that theirs a leak on the right axle that need to be replaced a seal. I told him go ahead and also they did alignment for the wheel. I picked up my car yesterday March 18, 2024. Thank you so much Steve and Kevin and the whole team for your Service. Anyone out there looking for an automotive repair I recommend AUTO STOP see for yourself. FIVE STAR. Highly recommended...

The best of the best. I was having car trouble yesterday and my car wouldn't start. I reached out to the owner and he gave me an estimate which was reasonable within my price range. Amazing service and they were very efficient. 10/10 will be using them again. I highly recommend going to them.
