I had my cars fixed by Automind many times and it is a real good experience! They had amazing services and have done a great job on fixing my car!

Throughout the process, I was kept up to date on the status of my car thanks to their online system which allows you to view your car to see what stage it's at! That is a real good added bonus showing that Automind does care about customer service!

      Highly recommended !

Great and super knowledgeable shop. Honest and reliable. One The the owner here, James, offer very honest advice. He is not out there to grab your money but give your best interest serious consideration. The shop does excellent job in high end cars. I was told of this first by bcaa tow truck drive who said this shop does quality and high end work. Highly highly recommend.

After being rear-ended, I brought my truck to this location to have it fixed. It took two and a half weeks to have the bumper replaced. It still needed to be painted but I needed it for work so I took it back.
I brought it in again the following week to have the painting finished, and when I picked it up at the end of the day there was some weird crap on the hood of my car that looked like damage on the paint. It turned out to be tree sap and the employee Eric spent close to an hour getting it off for me which I thought was really nice of him.

I was really unhappy with the amount of time it took but Eric was really helpful and delivered a high level of service through the process. If it hadn't taken so long, this review would have been five stars, easy. The problem was not with the employees but with the supplier who sent the replacement bumper out.

Had a hit and run that needed to be repaired. Sucks that you need to pay the deductible for something that you didn't do, but that's another review. Picked AutoMind because of my friend's suggestion. My experience with body shops have not been good, so I was pretty surprised that the office was relatively clean and each rep had their own desk I could sit and chill as they process my paperwork. The guy hands me an iPad. "What. You want me to play games as I wait?"

No. Instead, they had a cute little cartoon thing explaining what will be happening to my vehicle. Not only was I surprises that a body shop would even know what an iPad was (Most I've been to have been pretty low tech), it was a hoot that they went as far as creating cartoon videos to explain to customers what is going on. Got my car looked at and made an appointment to come back and drop it off for repair.

When I dropped off my car, the AutoMind rep also showed me how I can use my iPhone to see the photos of my car and see what stage my car is at in their shop. Then they had someone from Enterprise pick me up to get my temporary car. Got a car I've wanted to try out for a few days.

When I went back to pick up my car, more paperwork and another iPad cartoon telling me something about my warrantee. I checked over the work. Couldn't tell I got hit (Guess that means a good job). And they also vacuumed and cleaned the interior of my car (With 2 kids, it had gotten mighty dirty with pieces of stuck dried fruit in various locations).

The work was pretty good, and those cartoons were pretty funny. What got me was the fact that they put in a lot of effort and tech stuff into the customer side, with the cartoons and the iPhone login thing to look at my car. All in all, it was a pretty smooth and funny experience. But it still sucks that you need to pay the deductible for something that you didn't do...

Took my car in for a simple driver side window replacement about a year ago. After the repairs and whenever the stereo was turned on I noticed a strange rattling noise. I took it back in to Automind, who then told me that it was just a loose screw and they had tightened it for me. I still noticed a rattling noise periodically, but never got around to bringing it back to Automind.

Last week, for an unrelated incident, another body shop had to open up the same door for repairs. When they did, they discovered that Automind had broken the fastener for the speaker when they replaced the window, and had then used DOUBLE SIDED TAPE to "repair" it!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Don't trust these guys with your car or your money. You are better off taking your car to George's Autobody where they are honest and will do everything they can to help you out - in my case they replaced my speaker and fixed the damage caused by Automind free of charge.

I have had to have many windows replaced as well as damage from a few accidents and I have used Automind over the years because I live only a few blocks away. I have been so impressed at the level of customer service I would never go anywhere else.
I always deal with Louis Tseng at the 10th Avenue East location and twice now he has picked up a rental and delivered it to me as well as delivered my finished vehicle and taken the rental from me. I have twin babies so this help was so appreciated and made my life so much easier. Very efficient service and my vehicles are always detailed and look brand new when I get them back.

AutoMind has been a great help for fixing my car bump by others, this is the 2nd body shop i attended, after 1st B&D told me totaled (not so pro at all...trust me only need more cash from branded car to earn for their own), which was a shock just after looked at it? Jason has took care of it by taking photos etc, no sweat... very pro and friendly. I will definitely recommend to all. but i hope i don't have to visit them again in near future. :)

I just had an awesome experience with AutoMind. My regular mechanic referred me to them to do some minor repair on the side skirt of my car. I stopped by unannounced and they had a look right away and fixed it on the spot. They didn't even charge me parts because they had some spare pieces that were meant to be for another car but worked on mine and even gave me a discount on the labour (it was super affordable). Eric was the one who helped me out at the front, he was quick and friendly and really helpful. Overall one of the best experiences I've ever had with a mechanic - I'll definitely be referring people here! Thanks guys

One of the drivers in my house scratched our new car against a concrete post. I refused to process this through my ICBC plan because it would affect my discount. We shopped around to 5 or 6 body shops. They quoted $1000 to $1500 for the sanding, filling and repaint. Automind did the job for $700 (tax included) and the work was excellent. They even washed the car and cleaned the interior. The quality of workmanship was good. The same driver recently rearranged the left front 1/4 panel so we returned to Automind. Again I have no complaints with the work.
