I recently purchased a used Mini Cooper that had some light paint chips on the passenger side panel. I purchased the Mini factory paint pen thinking I could cover them up by myself but after viewing some online tutorials, I realized that I did not have the proper skills to do this type of correction. I was going to obtain quotes from some local body shops around my area but the sales person at O'Reilly Auto Parts explained to me that body shops would most likely recommend repainting the entire panel which would be very expensive. After scouring many yelp reviews, I stumbled upon Automotive Touch Up Professionals and I am so grateful I did.

Serena is a consummate professional. Her response to my request was prompt and the assessment of the final outcome was very transparent and honest. I also thought her pricing was very fair and reasonable. I am extremely pleased with the result! Serena provided me with detailed instructions on how to care for and maintain my Mini's exterior paint coat. She was also nice enough to drop off an emergency spray kit for my car in case of any unexpected stains or bird droppings.

I highly recommend Serena and will be contacting her again should I need any more touch ups in the future!

Serena went far and beyond.

She demystified the situation to me with my choices on how to repair my scratched car without being a salesperson. She gave me an estimate for the damages from a minor collision but then also repaired all other minor dings she found on my car. She was like an NP that could not do major surgery but treated the symptoms and prescribed preventative measures. She is good at what she does.

She was transparent about what the results would be - which I was super pleased with. It was quick, convenient and inexpensive - and very communicative. 5 stars for real.

I am extrmememy happy and satisfied with Serena's work on my 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. I had numerous blemishes and scrapes/scratches on my truck that I've been wanting to get taken care of. If you bring it to an auto body shop they will basically want to repaint all the panels and charge you thousands of dollars . Serena came and worked her magic and was very meticulous about the job. She took the time to explain to me in detail about every blemish and what she will do. Her price is great and her work is outstanding . She is definitely a keeper and I will be calling her back to work on my other car in the near future .

Absolutely the best! Serena is an artist. She did a wonderful job on my Tesla. She is prompt, professional and a joy to work with. We were thrilled to find her. She found a spot of rust which nobody else would have noticed and treated it! Serena takes real pride in her work!

Serena set my expectations for how a gouge in my R8's bumper would turn out -- and then exceeded them. She's knowledgeable and trustworthy. I don't give many ***** reviews, but this is one.

Serena did a wonderful job! I knew the scuffs and scratches on my vehicle needed to go before placing it for sale. I was amazed by the results! Please look at the before and after photos! I felt apprehensive about calling because of the upper scale fancy cars featured on the website but don't let that scare you off from asking for a quote. Masks, distancing and schedules all taken into consideration for the job. The mobile service was an added plus too. Although, I did have to chase off my overly friendly neighbor from "advising" about the job. I very much appreciated the extra advise for continued TLC of the paint job. I am in awe of Serena. I actually did not end up using her services because she actually gave me her frank opinion that if I could live with the scratches, it was better for the clear coat not to buff them out. She said to instead use a good wax. Where do you find that kind of integrity nowadays where a business thinks about what is best for you and not what is best for them? You know Serena has to be good to thrive in a normally male-dominated industry. Even though I did not use Serena's services, she bent over backwards answering one question after another over multiple emails. Again, who takes the time to do that for someone who is not even going to be a customer. Serena answered questions about pressure washing, waxing, clay bar treatments, etc. It is obvious she knows and loves what she is doing and loves even more making her customers smile.
