Quick and easy! Called ahead of time to ensure they were open and can take a walk in last minute for a tire repair. We got in within 30 mins of them closing and they repaired my tire with speed and efficiency! Friendly service. Will certainly comeback!

Felt incredibly desperate after I got a flat tire out of nowhere and I usually have AAA but I was having issues getting them to come out so Autotronics was supposed to my saving grace. Already feeling overwhelmed, I walked in and was met with subpar customer service. All I said was hi and one of the mechanics just immediately points to me to the desk without saying anything. I was desperate, I would have waited hours for their help but then the lady at the desk made it seem like I was being an inconvenience because they were so busy. I went down the street instead. Granted, I wasn't looking for large automotive repair so the amount of business I was bringing realistically was insignificant but there's better ways of communicating with any potential clientele. It felt rude and disrespectful.

This is a 5 star experience with fantastic prices. Went for a tyre replacement. Ordered that immediately and fixed it within 20 mins. I cannot believe how fast it all got done. The owner was knowledgable and focused on top tier customer experience.

I am blown away! I just came in for a quick tire patch job since the quote was half of what the previous quote was (by a shop that could do it tomorrow at the soonest) and they could do it the same day. Then after speaking to Peter for a couple minutes, I was treated to 2 slices of pizza and my air stem replacement job was done at no charge! He made my day more than I can put into words! Definitely will be going back for any similar job. WOW!!!

Hard to find an honest shop who doesn't just want to take your money for a simple diagnostic, took my BMW which has issues with fan high fuel pressure pump along other things after getting it back from another shop not comfortable with the quote given to fix it. I brought it here told Technician that I know it has many issues and I just want to sell it I wanted to make sure it's worth it fixing it to sell, he diagnosed it and showed me the issues, he then went to the computer and tried to find out if there where recalls on this issue and told me if there was; I could take it to a dealer to get it fix at no charge, but my car had passed the years/miles to be eligible. He gave me quote to fix the issue and suggested I could sell it as is for less, since this car being a turbo 335i are often used to upgrade them and someone would want to buy it to take it apart... I appreciate the suggestions and the honesty and willing to help me, I ask him how much I owe you?, he said don't worry if you decide to fix it bring it back with a smile on his face.

I recently took my car to autotronics mechanic shop and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Joyce was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure my car was running smoothly. She took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand, and I never felt like she was trying to push any unnecessary repairs on me.
