Avenue Body Shop

I never write reviews for any business, but I will for ABS. I had damage to the rear quarter panel and bumper panels on my old Audi A3 which is otherwise in great condition. I really love my car and wanted to keep it if possible, as opposed to it being totaled. Initially, I got estimates from 3 other highly rated shops that were $2500, $6500, and $13k. Each had a believable story about why their figure made sense. But the latter two estimates bordered and exceeded on a total (which I really didn't want to happen), and I didn't really trust the lowest estimate. So after reading some Yelp reviews, i decided to get a 4th estimate from ABS. Obviously I didn't tell them about the other estimates so I could get an idea of what their true assessment would be, which was $4k. But aside from a reasonable estimate, the thing that sold me was what I had already read about on Yelp... they just seemed like people who care about their customers. And this was reflected in everyone i interacted with: Joel, Noe, and Anna. They understood my predicament, took the time to ask questions (instead of jumping to conclusions), and ultimately just seemed trustworthy. Not to mention the work was impeccable, and the detailing was a nice touch. Highly rec ABS.

Dunno how many times can I give this shop a 5-star review ? I wish I wouldn't have a need to so often. Sigh. Street parking in SF.

Amazon contract delivery driver managed to take out my right rear tail light, and (natch) scuff up the bumper and some associated bits while they were backing up. Can't just break one thing.

Repaired to perfection by ABS again. Looks like it just rolled out of the factory. ABS also paid attention when I asked them to transfer my aftermarket LED bulbs from the old to new tail light.

As always, everyone in the shop is super nice and fun to chat with. Good people!

I own an 89 Toyota MR2 in which, I Got into an Accident. After calling around for body shops that work on older cars, I Finally found Avenue Body Shop. Unfortunately I don't know the Average pricing model of collision as they seem to very greatly. However, they were all Very Nice, & they didn't do any Upselling. They were all Friendly and Upfront with me so I was easily willing to give them a fair shake.

The paint on my car was decently Faded in certain places as well & it had some Big dents elsewhere that I also wanted fixed. In the end they told me it would (as a whole) be cheaper to get everything done at once... So- I decided to Also get my car Painted as well. I am a car enthusiast so I did add a A-M bumper as they couldn't source a OEM one. I Also added an A-M Spoiler as well. It was a small Fortune, but in the End the whole ordeal took around 3 in a half months & was Well Worth it.

I Would highly recommend Going to these guys, Noue & the rest of his Crew (including the Receptionists) do phenomenal work.

I've never expected the car repair experience would be so positive ending! I am grateful that my auto mechanic told me to go here, Avenue Body Shop when I had a puddle inside the car!
Despite the fact of my brand new 2018 Honda has been having several issues and incidents since 2018 including someone hit while I wasn't inside the car (happened twice) and the sun visor on driver side was "broken" from the vey beginning but the dealer told me this happened for new cars and didn't do anything. I believed him it was just tight so it's not smooth... but Ave Body Shop told me it's broken and they order new one and fixed it with just $40. (I wonder why the dealer didn't offer this?) They also took care of something other than the problem of puddle while the car was in the shop.
Most of all, Noe, Joel and Janai educated me how to take care of my car with my insurance. Their team is very nice and friendly and try to help customers. I felt they are on my side
I really didn't expect this kind of experience on repair shop until now; it really exists good people! I'm sharing about this shop with my family and friends and clients.

I was in SF from out of town and my car was stolen. Of course I was completely clueless on where to go for repairs after it was recovered so I checked out Yelp and the reviews didn't lie. When I say that this is the best body shop in the city and you shouldn't even consider going anywhere else, it's the truth. From the customer service all the way down to the repairs, this place is the best. Janai was absolutely amazing!! She knows her stuff and there's not enough appreciation in the world that I could give her with helping me fight with the insurance company. If ever you need repairs on your car, this is hands down the place to.

I brought my car here after an accident where I was afraid my beloved car was totalled. A friend who is a second generation San Franciscan recommended them highly and said that they are the best in town. They were able to save my car from being totalled and did a truly beautiful job. It looks new, I can't believe it. The most friendly business also. Super helpful in getting me a rental and getting all the correct parts. Very organized and professional. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs auto body work done.

Outstanding! A family owned establishment with Noe and Joel at the helm. I highly recommend Avenue Body Shop without reservation. A 5 star service from beginning to the time of vehicle pick up.

My vehicle was hit on driver side left rear panel when the other car was attempting to make a right turn. The damage to my car was quite extensive, which affected my rear left tire and threw off the alignment, furthermore the driver side door was also slightly out of position. Fortunately, no one was injured. However, my vehicle required hefty repairs. Shopped around the city for an estimate, and landed at Avenue Body. Initially met Rocio who was extremely welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. Followed by meeting with Joel. He took the time to assess the damage, not just cosmetically, but also the potential damage below the surface. It would take 2-3 weeks for repairs. Which means I would need a rental. Luckily, Enterprise is only few blocks from Avenue. I made the decision to leave my car at the hands of Joel, and I'm so glad I did. When it was time to pick up my vehicle. My car appeared brand new! I was speechless. It was spotless! Not only was the damage repaired, but it was detailed! Not just the exterior, but also the interior, windows, console/panel, carpet, seats, and the trunk. Yes! The trunk! My trunk was a mess prior to leaving it with Avenue Body lol. Truly amazing! So much more than I could have hoped for! I was absolutely floored. So impressed. Wow!

If y'all need auto body work for whatever reason, again, I'd highly, highly, recommend Avenue Body Shop.
