It's a good spot - always has a space available and enough people here that you won't feel lonely.
There's a drive through car wash for $6 basic, $10 The Works, and $13 The Serious Works - we're not kidding this time!
A food truck - I wouldn't try it but you can! I bet Stephanie with the big sweet Red truck eats there and she's not illin yo.
Additionally, a random group of homeless people walking around, camping out in the front lot. Seems they have a multitude of tiny dogs that want everyone to know they're there - I HEAR YOU, Enough already.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0 - Gabriel C.Star, ID1318980Apr 2, 2021
Okay. So this review is based on one thing, they have a spot for RV's. Unlike any other place in SR, this car was has a self service RV spot. There is plenty of room to swing wide and it is a straight shot from Santa Rosa Ave. reasonable price and great customer service early this place 5 starts sez me.
I mean, if you want to spend $200 having someone wash it for you, more power to you, $20 and some elbow grease did the trick for me. I will return and recommend to friendsHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Gillian G.CA, CA01Jun 19, 2023
I've been going here for years and this is the best laser crash I've ever used! Make once a month I get my truck professionally cleaned but since it is a 16 year old black Chevy Silverado I come here to get a touch up. This place never disappoints! I just wished they were open on Saturday like they used to be

I went through the touchless drive thru. The area looks really sketchy but that didn't bother me. I decided not to use my debit card as the card reader machine looked like it was really old and definitely could have a skimmer on it. So I stuck a $10 bill through the bill reader and selected "the Works".
After I got home, I looked at my car and most of the dirt was still on the car. It was a complete waste of $10. I'll have to find another place to take my car to.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - David T.Santa Rosa, CA041May 12, 2022
I have been coming to this location for many years, and I can say that many of these negative reviews are incredibly unjustified. This car wash is great, the staff is incredibly attentive and is always willing to help, I had an incident with the vacuums at one point where I put $5 in and the machine started smoking, within seconds an attendant ran out and gave me all my money back and turned on a different vacuums for me to use. I have also been regularly greeted with free air fresheners by the nice man whom I assume is the owner. Lastly, the car wash is always clean, they even have the little foam cannon that most car washes don't have (or that you need to pay extra for) but this one comes with the wash and typically has a good spray. Sure, you can argue that it's in a bad location... but with the way Santa Rosa is now days a good location is hard to find. I've had my encounters with a few crackheads here and there but noting has ever been stolen and they've never bothered me. 10/10 would recommend, great business, great staff.

This car wash is perfect for washing down your engine when it gets too greasy .
Perfect to blow out the old garbage in the back of your pickup truck or maybe vacuum up some of those old syringes in your trunk
Three stars for a local Santa Rosa car washHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Marcos . 4.CA, CA05Oct 7, 2019
About 2 weeks ago my father and i took my truck to get it wash, in those do it yourself stations, we brought our own leaf blower to use to dry off my truck to avoid any scratches. At first throughout the wash ,everything was going good till someone robbed our leaf blower. We never found the person who robbed us . Here's a good advice for anyone who is planning to come here in the future , Do NOT LEAVE anything valuable outside of your Vehicle , we learned that the hard way..... have a good day,

I love coming to this car wash! It's my neighborhood car wash!
BUT JUST AN FYI - If you are a cute girl with a sexy truck, you will have the guys approaching you. Guys offering to wash your truck for you. Guys that just want to talk to you about your truck because of Truck envy or whatever.
The Avenue Car wash is located on the south end of the Avenue. Where there is also a convenient taco truck......mmmmmmm
It is $3 for the first 4 minutes. And 20 seconds for ever quarter after that. The pressure that comes out of these hoses is remarkable! So incredibly powerful! It will blast the dirt right off. I personally do not use the brushes. Because I am always concerned with scratching my top coat. And want to prevent swirls as much as I can. But I do know the brushes are made of soft boar hair.
After your truck is washed, then you are ready to pull into the vacuum station to clean out any dirt and debris on the interior.
There is also a touchless wash station if you just want to roll on through......
My truck, Electra gets her bath about every 2 weeks there.
We are on our way now. And hope the taco truck is there......Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - Wally W.Santa Rosa, CA8762046Sep 14, 2010First to Review
Not a bad place. I tried this place out over the weekend. It is $2.75 for the first 4 minutes, each quarter is 20 seconds. It was really busy and I got the first open bay (furthest from the center) and the transitions were really long. I couldn't tell the difference between the tire/engine cleaner and the pre-soak because they were the same color (green).
Everything else was pretty straight forward.
They also have a touch less Laser Wash system there!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - F.L. S.Santa Rosa, CA07Nov 27, 2018
I went to Avenue hoping to get the interior of my car cleaner than I could with my own vacuum cleaner and steam cleaner. As it was a rainy day, I didn't bother to wash the exterior. Their vacuum was not able to get into the tight places in my car that my own vacuum couldn't reach. It didn't pick up any of the embedded sand and stuff that my own vacuum didn't get. And the shampooer didn't get it either. The stains are still there, along with the other bits. The only result was that my interior is now damp and reeking of cleaning fluid.
The only good news is that I only wasted $7 in coins, which I had to travel to the nearest bank to get because none of the change machines at Avenue Car Wash were working.
If you're traveling or otherwise without access to a vacuum cleaner, then this might be better than nothing. Otherwise save your time and quarters and do it at home with your own equipment because you won't get a better result here.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
