      Kos did a great job. He told me that my outlets r out and I need an electrician to fix them. My dishwasher needs control
      Board, a new one on the top
      Display. I need an electrician for outlets and the fish control board needs to be changed. The fridge is up a running because he fixed it. The other two: dishwasher and range was not fixed.

      TLDR: Ivan (and assistant) were courteous, professional, respectful, and efficient. This was a home warranty call, but I would absolutely call on Ivan to come back for appliance help.

      Full Version:
      I received a prompt call and text from Axis Appliance acknowledging the home warranty request for a repair on our GE in-wall microwave (If you opened the door, it would start to spin and whir!) and offering a quick appointment and time window. They were great at updating me as Ivan was coming out.

      Ivan and his helper showed up, were very friendly and courteous, put on booties, and got right to work. They had the microwave out of the wall, fridge pulled back to get the cord, problem diagnosed (worn out door switch), explained what the problem was, fixed (swapped out the switch), microwave back in the wall, fridge back, everything cleaned up, and were gone in 35 minutes. I couldn't believe how quick and efficient they were!

      I would absolutely call on Ivan and his team to help out again.

      That little red thing wasn't springing back out!

      I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with Axis Appliance Repair's service, which has been nothing short of a nightmare. Our dryer stopped heating on June 29th, and through our home warranty company, Axis was assigned to handle the repair. What started with a hopeful appointment quickly deteriorated into a series of frustrating experiences that have yet to be resolved.

      The initial appointment, just four days later, was a small silver lining. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem as a faulty sensor, and replaced it. Unfortunately, the dryer failed to heat up again after a short run. The technician's revised diagnosis of a faulty regulator led to another repair visit 12 days later, but this too proved ineffective as the dryer continued to malfunction.

      When Axis returned for a third visit with a new motherboard in early August, it became apparent that the technician was struggling with the diagnosis. After replacing the motherboard, the problem persisted, leading him to resort to watching YouTube videos for troubleshooting--a concerning indication of his lack of expertise.

      Despite our repeated requests for a different, more experienced technician and a recommendation for a dryer replacement, Axis has refused to take these steps. Instead, they insisted that a new timer switch would solve the problem. By August 16th--six weeks after the initial repair attempt--the same technician returned to replace the timer switch. Yet again, the dryer failed to heat up, and Axis's management has been unresponsive to our repeated pleas for assistance.

      Our home warranty company is unable to recommend a replacement dryer without Axis's endorsement, leaving us stuck with a non-functional appliance and facing the inconvenience of laundromat visits for nearly two months. Axis's lack of effective resolution, poor communication, and refusal to escalate or recommend a replacement have led to an extremely disappointing customer experience.

      In summary, we strongly advise against using Axis Appliance Repair. Their service has been inefficient, unprofessional, and fraught with delays. We hope our review helps others avoid the same frustration we have endured.

      I was assigned to Axis from my home warranty, First American. A date was picked for service; however I called to reschedule due to a family emergency. A new date was selected and no show! They confirmed over the weekend via text they would be here 1-4, they called at 4 and they aren't coming. I asked why did they wait until the end of the appointment time to call me and was told "a technician called you and you told him you wont be hone until after 5"?!!!!! NO ONE EVER CALLED ME, I NEVER TOLD ANYONE I WOULD BE HOME AFTER 5!!!! In fact the opposite occurred. I text them over the weekend and told them I would not be home after 5 because I had to take a little one to football practice, which is why they set the appointment from 1-4!!!! The 1-4 appointment was confirmed via text. I wait all afternoon and bo communication from them until 4pm to say they aren't coming?'!!!!

      Its ok, I will ask for someone more professional and respectful of my time (as I am of theirs by sitting home by the phone all afternoon waiting for someone to show!!!) to service my dryer. A little courtesy to let me know before the end of a scheduled appointment time would have been the professional and right thing to do and not lie and say I said something I didnt that was clearly refuted by the confirming text I received over the weekend. Not that hard!!!

      Thankful for them.

      Went through 2 other vendors who couldn't do appts for times that we needed. Axis could though.

      1 of the other 2 had a pricier charge/quote too (before repair), and Axis quoted me at $90 - so they're more affordable than them.

      This is regarding a GE dryer machine request I called them about. Phone kept ringing and so I got worried they were too busy to answer my call for moment, but somebody picked up eventually. They provided really good customer service.

      Praying the repair scheduling goes through and the repair works out smoothly!!

      Dmitri was prompt, professional and very thorough. My new dishwasher wasn't draining, and after performing the recommended low level fixes (glass filter, drain hose) I realized I needed help- luckily the machine was still under warranty and I was connected with Axis (Bay Area). The issue wasn't with the machine, but rather an obstruction in the air gap. Organic waste had been accumulating for a while (yuck). Dmitri was matter of fact about it, and wasn't the least bit judgmental, which was appreciated since I was horrified. The disgusting gunk was removed and the machine is back in working order! Thank you Dmitri!

      Kos was great! Figured out the problem with our dishwasher and ordered the part right away. It was under warranty so the part took about a week to get in, then he was here to fix it. We appreciate you Kos!

      Dmitrii Vsk completed the swap out of the compressor in less than an hour. He's professionalism and communication through the process was comforting. Getting the part took longer than I would have hoped for but Dmitrii Vsk made quick work of it.

      Dmitrii Vsk replaced the compressor in my LG refrigerator in less than an hour. I was really impressed.
