Olsi was quick to respond to quote request. He replaced my toilet after he first took measurements. I would use him again for any plumbing issues.

Olsi is a very reliable plumber who communicates proactively. We needed a quick turnaround job and he was easy to communicate and coordinate with, and sent a text the morning of the job just to confirm he would be coming--there wasn't any guesswork involved on our side.

He arrived on time for a plumbing inspection job and performed exactly what we needed him to. I'll be reaching out to Olsi for future plumbing needs -- it's nice to know a trustworthy plumber in the Astoria area!

I can't recommend Olsi highly enough 10/10, he was responsive, polite, and super professional. He managed to diagnose and accurately pinpoint exactly where our hidden leak was. Our water bill had increased 500% in the last two months, so we knew we had a leak somewhere but couldn't figure out exactly where.

Olsi did not disappoint, he drilled through our tile and concrete floor and found the corroded leaky pipe on his first attempt. And just when he finished connecting the repaired pipe, a second leak appeared. In total it was a difficult labor intensive 4 hour job. He cleaned up afterwards and told us to call him if we had any issues.

Thank you Osli for coming by today and installing a new faucet and fixing my toilet which wouldn't flush properly. Loving the black faucet and will be hiring him again to do my other bathrooms lever and a matching black shower head and pipes. 10/10 recommended

Olsi did a fantastic job.
It was a difficult replacement of a radiator valve.
When he got it apart he also had to replace the bushing.
He brought all the parts needed, and did a nice job explaining everything to me.
I'll definitely call him next time I need a plumber.

My hot water unit (in Brooklyn) broke and I reached out to AXR. They were so helpful and I can't recommend them enough - within 24 hours, my issue was resolved. OlsI took the time to explain what was wrong and provided a solution.

Olsi came to our rescue very quickly when our water heater broke and we were left with no running water. He was very responsive, gave us a reasonable quote and arrived the next morning with a new heater to be installed. He worked efficiently to get the new system up and running with no issues.

My co-op here in NYC is extremely particular when it comes to letting anyone in the building. I had every intention to work with Olsi, but my building management had other plans. Either way, I felt compelled to write Olsi a review. From the moment I reached out he was patient, informative, responsive and knowledgable. He never pressured me once and even after setting up the job and having to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances he couldn't have been nicer about it. The other reviews don't lie and while I can't speak on behalf of a particular job, I can attest to his character as every interaction we had was great.

Called the night before Labor Day. He answered and was at my house the next morning! He found the problem and gave me a reasonable quote to replace my leaking 74 gallon water heater. A few hours later he was done and my family and I could not be happier. He clearly looked to have a great deal of experience and his work was perfect. On his way out he told me to call him if there were any issues at all and he really meant it. Olsi, our savior, was about to come back before I realized my mistake and told him that it was a false alarm. Thank you, Olsi! Wish you all the best, brother.

Olsi is incredible. I contacted him to have my dishwasher replaced and during the process, he noticed that the pipes under the sink also needed to be replaced. He was able to get both jobs done quickly. I apperciate how he is always responsive to text messages and calls.
