Our 13 year old Kenmore Elite Coldspot is working better than ever thanks to Azer Appliance and Refrigeration. He replaced the creaky old ice maker and it works fine. He readjusted the freezer door so it opens and closes properly and cleaned the 13-year old accumulation of dust and dirt from the coils. I would not hesitate to call upon Azer to repair any other appliance issue that may crop up. Thanks, Azer!!!

The thermostat on my refrigerator died at a most inconvenient time. I am expecting out-of-town family to arrive to celebrate the holidays. I called Azer Appliance and Azer quickly responded and scheduled an appointment. Azer was polite and professional and he quickly put me at ease showing me that he was knowledgeable about refrigerator repair. I found his repair charge fair. My refrigerator is working perfectly. I highly recommend Azer Appliance & Refrigeration.

I found Azer Appliance and Refrigeration here on Yelp. I'm having a problem with my GE Monogram fridge wherein the freezer isn't cooling well.

I called on a Saturday soon as they open. Azer picked up the line. He was very accommodating and had me put down for an appointment that same day between noon and 2:00pm.

Someone called me earlier than my scheduled appointment and said he's on his way to my house. He arrived at 10:50am. Checked the fridge and had a diagnosis after. Problem was the wires from the inside of the freezer compartment. Fuzuli got everything done within an hour for a very reasonable price.

I will surely go to Azer again for any of my appliance problems.

My 18 year old GE refrigerator stopped cooling both the fridge and freezer sides yesterday morning. I pulled up my Yelp app and found Azer Appliance & Refrigeration. I called Azer and he showed up at my door within an hour. Very pleasant to speak to over the phone and informed me of his $65 diagnostic fee - fair.

Azer opened the freezer to find the entire rear was solid ice. He took the panel off and it revealed a completely frozen heating element and coils. Azer showed me the issue and explained how the unit is not cooling because the heating element is no longer regulating and transferring the cool air. He quoted me $340 to replace the heating element and sensor, I agreed and he went to his truck to grab his supplies and started working immediately. Azer had a hand steamer that melted the frozen elements and within 45 minutes, he finished replacing the parts with genuine GE parts!

He accepts Square but rather than him eat the 2.5% service cut, I wrote him a check and he went on his way.

Today, I received a call from Azer. He asked me how the refrigerator was functioning and I told him it was like brand new again. Azer also told me he was calling from his bank. He noticed I wrote the check for $40 more than the invoice price and wanted to make sure I didn't write the check incorrectly -- how honest of him! It was gratuity for doing such a great job! He thanked me and said to call him for future services.

I highly recommend Azer for his great service and honesty which is very rare nowadays. Thank you Azer and Yelp for not letting me down!

My GE Profile refirgerator went out and not keeping cold in both freezer and refrigertor.
I called around starting with some big name appliance repair in the area, they can not schedule me and at best squeeze me in until next week the earliest.
Despaired, and forced to look for other local company, got some other high rating company but hit the message boarrd - no one answer the phone. Did not feel like to leave VM.

Called Azer Applicance and Refrigeration, got Azer on the phone. He gave me a same day appointment and was at my door within an hour.

He fixed the mal-functioning refrigerator by spotting a burned circuit board and replaced it.
Cleaned up all the clogs and lints.

He ended up helping me fixing the Gas Oven strove igniter that sparks non-stop, which I had turned off and go to using lighter when using the gas stove. he checked it out with meter and get rid of the problem in the diagnose. There was No parts replaced, it could be loose wire or something, but problem disappeared.

He also help fixed an older model of refrigerator in the garage that was WARM due to loss of refrigerant. He checked for leak but nothing obvious, so he add more refrigerant and keep it on monitoring.

Service is good and courteous, price is reasonable.
I will be calling him in the summer for my HVAC service.

Called Azer Appliance & Refrigeration this morning with leaking fridge after looking at the Yelp reviews, and I got an appointment for today. Azer arrived promptly on time and it took him less than 30 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. Azer is very professional and courteous. I would be more than glad to recommend him to anyone.

Azer was awesome! My oven quit working while I was doing a big cooking project, so I called Azer Appliance & Refrigeration. Azer arrived sooner than he thought he would, and diagnosed the problem with my oven right away, and had it running in less than a half hour. He had the right part with him, and was very professional. He helped out a TON on a day that would have otherwise been really stressful. He rocks!!!

I don't normally write or post a feedback for a service provider unless the the job was done properly and satisfactorily. In other words, they've put a smile on my face.

When our Tenant called and texted me that one of the 2 Refrigerators in their rented house was not working saying that the Freezer's cooling function was OK, but the Refrigerator side was not. The bad thing about the situation which ticked me off was when they claimed that 2 days after they've moved in which was over a year ago - the 2-year-old Ref was not working properly and that they unhooked it right there and then and without letting us know about it until now. Wow, who would believe their incredible story... it's Absurd!

Anyway, even though I was upset and alarmed that it would cost more expensive to repair it now than over a year ago had they told us about what really happened to the Ref, I had to shoulder the cost as the Landlord. Added to my headache was the fact that among our circle of friends and relatives, I don't know anybody who knows how to repair a refrigerator. So, from my past experiences - I went to my #1 source of Service Providers, YELP. After reading, comparing, and weighing the reviews of different Service Providers, I picked the one with the most credible write ups - the Azer Appliances and Refrigeration. Although I have not heard of or met them before, upon calling and speaking to Azer (the Owner) - I could feel the sincerity in his voice and we coordinated and made arrangement for a Diagnostic visit of his Service Provider, Alex.

Alex called me up on the same day and I gave him some details and needed info for his initial visit. This courteous and knowledgeable Repair person impressed me. At first, I thought he was just another Service Provider who would give you a smooth talk, then charged you a lot. However, he proved me wrong. Alex is an awesome, straightforward but tactful person even if we communicated only through cell phone voice & text, and not in person. He explained to me what's wrong with the Ref, what parts were needed and the total cost I would incur. He sent me more than a dozen pictures of the parts that were affected and he would not force you to accept the proposed job & he would give you time to think about it. Without a 2nd thought, I accepted his proposed job, but he told me he had to do it the following day because he had to buy the parts and had to finish the service calls for that day. To sum it up, from my first call to their office (Azer) and completing the job by Alex - it took them more or less 2 hours only the no-hassle repair job. This is my first time to experience such an efficient job involving 3 different locations (cities) without even personally meeting the 2 business personnel.

I don't give exaggerated remarks just to convince or persuade people to believe in my above statements, but if you have similar problems like mine, please try or consider Azer Appliances and Refrigeration - you won't regret it. Thank you!

I found Azer Appliance based upon the reviews the company received. There are a couple of things that define a company, it's honesty and integrity to include it's technical skills. Azer hit all three aspects spot on. This is a small company that prides itself upon complete customer satisfaction. Alex, the technician is very skilled and knowledgeable as well as professional and polite. Azer Appliance & Refrigeration is a referral i would not hesitate to recommend and will call upon for all of my appliances needs. This was a GREAT Yelp find.
