B & G Chem-Dry

I had B&G Chem-Dry clean my carpets after I was told by Tony's carpet cleaning that the stain was permanent. I had a red wine stain that the other company couldn't remove and was skeptical but I was wrong. Luis was able to get the spot completely out with a spot treatment. The rest of the carpet he cleaned turned out great too, and he was able to get the dog odor out as well.

B&G for the win! Malik came out to our VERY dirty carpets and made a HUGE improvement. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. He communicated with me when he was about 30 min away, kept me informed during the process, and let me know what to expect for aftercare. The carpets are majorly improved and smell, look, and feel cleaner. Would 10/10 recommend!

We hired them to clean a rug and sofa. They were very responsive and quick! Very happy with the end results.

Holy Moly it smells fresh in here. Luis has great communication through Yelp and texting. He is very efficient, pleasant, and polite. He explained what he was going to do and what solutions he was planning on using. He brought all his own supplies and cleaned up right after. We had some deep stains from my dog, some dog guests, and our toddler. He was able to remove the odors and stains from pet accidents that happened with my senior dog. The bleach stains were not from him, that was my husband trying to be scientist with Dawn Dish Soap in an attempt to remove dog vomit last year. There was a whole bunch of berry stains and juice spills from the miniature human that are now gone. We have a light grey plushy Shaws Floor carpet throughout the house and I was concerned that it was going to be sopping wet, but to my surprise, it's not! There is not a strong chemical smell and the carpets were not left soaking wet like other larger corporate companies. The service also didn't break my bank and it was well worth it. It was also nice to know that he's local to the Sunset so if I needed to contact him for a cleaning, he's close by. I will definitely be using this company again.

Luis was great - he was super responsive, was able to come out to us on fairly short notice and did a fantastic job cleaning up the mess/odor in our car from a pet accident. Would definitely work with him again!

Luis came to clean two carpets, including one that was quite stained from our toddler. He managed to get out all the stains and leave both feeling brand new. Highly recommend Luis & his team for carpet cleaning!

TLDR: Speedy job, one step cleaning process which felt rushed (missed a few spots) but got the job done. For the money, there's places that offer extra bits and bobs which I'd personally prefer. B&G specializes in a particular type of cleaning so take a look at the site to see if it's for you

I'd describe this experience closer to a 3.5 than a 3. Few things to consider:

1. I was able to communicate with Luis quite easily today, he was speedy and I was able to get an appointment last minute which I appreciate.

2. This was my first time getting upholstery professionally cleaned so I wasn't sure what to expect. I did my research and noticed some places list out their steps in upholstery cleaning (B&G doesn't). In the end, what determined my selection for B&G vs the other place what last minute availability. For B&G, it is a one step cleaning process where they run a vacuuming tool over the couch. The other place I was looking at had other steps including vacuuming in the beginning, clean, then finish with a deodorizing process. I think B&G specialize in their own process (more on their website) but this one step seems a bit minimal to me. I'd prefer the additional steps offered by other locations considering I have pets.

3. It took 30 minutes to clean my 64 inch couch which seemed a bit short. Again, this is probably because they have a one step process. It also seemed rushed because I noticed a corner was missed as well as some other crevices afterwards. I'd like to note that Luis took the time to inspect the cushions carefully between cleaning to make sure he cleaned them thoroughly which I appreciate.

4. I live in an apartment building and the portable machine is quite loud. I didn't mind this since it's temporary noise but what could've been improved was if the machine could've been turned off earlier. The machine was left on while Luis was cleaning up the cords/hose and I was anxious about getting a noise complaint considering the walls are pretty thin.

5. It was quite satisfying to look at the dirty water. It demonstrates that the couch did get indeed get a deep cleaning (which was the point)

6. Pricing was similar to the other places I'd gotten quotes from. If you're considering B&G, I'd think about the method of cleaning you'd like to go for.

I'm content with the way things went today but I would've preferred the additional steps other places offered so I could get the pet hair out as well as the additional deodorizing agent, just the little extra things considering it's the same price.

I called them for an appointment to clean my mattresses and they were able to accommodate me with a next day appointment. They showed up on time and did a good job for a fair price, and I'd call them for other house and furniture cleaning jobs in the future.

Luis was professional, friendly and did a great job steam cleaning my microfiber couch. Communication was also very good as far as setting up appointment and day of service.

Luis was awesome and the process was quick and easy. I have a white couch just over a year old and noticed some yellow staining on a particular spot where we sit often. Luis brought his gear and got to work- total time was about 35-45 minutes. My couch is currently drying and I can see a difference already. Luis added a protective layer and gave us tips on how to care for our couch.

it was hard to find someone who could clean a WHITE couch- I would recommend!
