B & G Tire

The guys at Storck's Garage referred me here when they felt I needed two new tires. I drive a four wheel drive 2009 Volvo and didn't really want to buy four new tires when only two were bad. Storck's said Kevin at B&G would be honest with me about what I really needed. I was so impressed, I just had to write a yelp review right away. Kevin understood I was on a budget and explained why it's important to have all four tires match on a four wheel drive vehicle. He offered to find two matching tires to what I already had, which was not easy, but do-able. I bought the car used and the dealer had put really cheap new tires on the car at that time. I was aware they weren't the greatest tires. It was my choice to buy two more cheap tires or to go with four better quality cooper tires. I love my car and hope to drive it into the ground, so I went with the better tires. There was no 'sales' job here. I got good and fair information and made a decision without any pressure. I'll never go anywhere else for tires again.

Got some COOPER AT3's recommended by Kevin. Best place in Napa for tires. Kevin has the best customer service and his team are extremely efficient. I asked for a quote the week prior for some BFG KO2's which were more expensive. Kevin recommended the COOPERs that were was expensive and better with gas mileage. He's doing what's best for his customers. Not what's best for him. Doesn't get better than that. Will be back for other services. Thanks Kevin and thanks Gio!

I went by as my tire appeared to be leaking air. When I arrived, I explained my issue to Kevin and he immediately looked at the tire. He identified a gouge in the side wall and a metal object in the tread. I asked how much a new tire would cost and he said I probably did not need a new tire. Kevin told me they were very busy and could not deal with it immediately. I left the car and within two hours received a call that the car was ready. It was $40 to pull the metal object (much bigger than a nail). It cost $40 and they told me I should probably not need new tires for 18 months to two years. I don't live near by, but when I need to buy tires, B & G Napa are my tire guys.

Extremely quick and incredibly helpful! They are just amazing! I was able to stay in my car and they fixed my tire in record time! I've been a Les Schwab guy for decades but I decided to checkout a more local option upon recommendation from my mechanic (shoutout Chris at Zellers). I have a 93 Silverado that still had stock rims and needed a new look. Kevin the owner took me to his desk and brought up a website showing me different options for size and color of rims that would fit my truck and then tires to go along with it. B & G came through with a great price and had my truck done within a few days. Thanks guys will be back!
