After today's thorough check up and replacing an engine belt it feels like I'm driving a new car. With their help I will keep this car humming for several more years.

Oh no 0Aug 9, 2016Previous reviewThank you Bill for doing such a great job diagnosing and fixing my electronic door lock problem. I almost gave up and decided to just live with manual locks, but you knew that the faulty module could cause me other problems in the future. Plus, you are a really nice guy who loves the neighborhood.

I have lived in SF for over a decade and after the cold and flu season is over (Covid) my family and I try and only shop local when possible . I reached out to several locals and was referred to B&W . OMG from the first phone call until work completed and pick up what a great experience. So for reals if u do t know crap about your car and r always scared your gonna get ripped off . Go here kids they are super fair and have a sense of humor cause I'm really not car smart at all . Oh so I went back with a flat tire they plugged it super quick and boom another great visit

I've taken multiple of my Hondas here and the service is always great and reasonably priced. I only buy used cars so it's nice to have a local shop I can trust. I've gotten new brakes, and a new timing belt installed and it was a much better experience than taking my cars to the Honda dealership.

B and W Auto Repair has taken care of my family's cars for almost 30 years. All services. All makes and models. Excellent, reliable, fast and reasonably priced. They don't charge enough IMHO. Half of dealer prices. Our one and only family mechanic. Darren and Jenny are the best!

A few days later I noticed my 12V air compressor was missing and I thought I misplaced it but I still haven't found it. Now I just figured out that someone stole my MetroMile pulse device that I use with my insurance company and drove to Memphis with it just a couple days after I had the work done here. Which means my air compressor was stolen from here too. Someone that works here is a straight up crook.
