I was rear-ended and even after a few months, still have symptoms of concussion and whiplash. Just to make sure I don't get screwed, I sought out an attorney. 2 personal injury lawyers brushed me off with no reason given. I called Bain, et al and Laura Mazza returned my call. She owed me nothing but still took a few minutes of her time to speak with me. I really appreciated it considering personal injury is not my expertise and have no idea what to expect. After speaking with her, she let me know my options, told me she couldn't take my case because of business criteria (I get it - you have to set parameters for the business to thrive) and told me what conditions need to be present (time and/or severity of health) for it would makes sense to pursue litigation. She also referred me to another lawyer that took smaller cases. I'm very thankful that she had the kindness to have a quick chat. It took like 3-4 minutes. It made a difference to me and I'm glad that their intake process allowed me to speak with Laura immediately. Kudos!!!
