I met with the owner, he is WONDERFUL!!! I am disabled and needed help with the luggage, he met me inside the airport, helped me walk to baggage claim, picked up everything for me. He is SO THOUGHTFUL!!! VERY KIND, PROFESSIONAL!!! He went out of his way to help me. I really appreciate his service!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY AND SERVICE!!!

I wanted to book a car service for an airport trip and wasn't very happy with any of the rates I received. Most of those rates did not include tax & any city-imposed aiport fees.

However, when I contacted SJ Limo Service, I was advised that the quoted rate included both tax & any fees and was still more reasonable than any other service I had previously contacted. At that point, I was ready to book. We needed a round trip transfer from Campbell to SJC for a week's vacation in Hawaii. I called Thursday, we left Saturday. I gave the address (no directions) and what time we needed to be picked up. Balthazar Romero (the owner) was on time and the sedan was clean & shiny. He assisted us with our three bags, two fly rods, he asked me for our return flight number and asked that I call him when we land.

Off we went...returning one week later, at 9:35pm on a Saturday. Once at baggage claim, I called Balthazar, who was currently waiting for us in the cell phone lot at the airport. I told him we were in baggage claim & he said he would be waiting at the curb by the time we had our bags. Outside we went and there he was in the clean & shiny sedan with bottles of water for us!

Once we arrived at the house, we paid him in cash, although he can also accept a credit card payment. He assisted us with the bags again, I asked him for a few business cards, he shook both our hands and we said goodnight. 10 minutes later, I receive a text message with a receipt for my payment! Gotta love technology!

We will definitely be using this service again, both for business and pleasure trips. It was a completely stress-free trip to and from the airport at the best possible rate I could find! Can't ask for more than that!

We booked a limo for pretty much the entire day, our driver arrived on time and got us from destination to destination without a hitch he was very attentive to any requests that we had.
The Limousine itself was modern classy and clean with party lights and blue tooth- it was a fun memorable evening. If the need should arise again I would definitely use Balthazar Limo again.

I own a small business in Delray Beach, Florida. Had a conference in San Jose and needed limo service from SFO to San Jose Marriott and back for three people. Googled and found a few companies. Balthasar Romero from San Jose Limo called me back immediately. Not only was he extremely professional, he gave me the best price as well. Within minutes of a verbal confirmation of pickup and drop off, i received an email confirmation for the reservation.

Prior to travel i received another confirmation email confirming that I was still planning to travel to SFO. When we landed at SFO, i already had a text that he was waiting. Apparently he has a number of vehicles. We were picked up in an immaculate Mercedes sedan. Bottled water and newspaper waiting. Payment was handled efficiently by credit card and received immediate email confirmation of payment.

The return trip from San Jose Marriott was just as efficient. Alen arrived 10 minutes early in a black Town Car. Again, immaculate. Alen, was also professional and friendly.

No question I would highly recommend San Jose Limo service and use them again. Balthasar and his team were great.

Adolfo's was EXACTLY what I was looking for as part of a recent business trip. I needed rides to & from SFO from my home in West San Jose. These guys were FLAWLESS. E-mail confirmation, text message heads-up on my pick up, friendly, prompt, what else can I possibly say good about them???

The story is that Adolfo was part of a larger limo service (who shall remain nameless) and disagreed with his co-owner about the classic quantity vs. quality challenge. As they hired more drivers, their reputation declined. So, to protect his (very well deserved) personal reputation, Adolfo split off. With the help of his sons, they are re-building their business the RIGHT way -- by focusing on quality and customer service.

If this sounds like an advertisement, it's because I was so pleased with my experience with Adolfo (and one of his sons,) that I want to advertise for them to make sure they succeed.

I don't hire cars very often, but the next time I do, it will ABSOLUTELY be with Adolfo's.
