First time renting from here. Customer service is pretty awesome. I rented the low roof transit van and it was super clean and well maintained. The rear ac vents blew a little slower than we wanted but overall it was a great vehicle. No issues at all.

Drop off was a breeze as well.

I rented a van recently. And the van had 158,000 miles on it. And the AC was blowing hot air. We literally got headaches being in the van. We had kids in the vehicle too. That van needs to be retired.

Very convenient and got exactly what we wanted! We rented a 15-seater sprinter. It was in great condition. The rental, pickup, and drop off were all extremely easy. I thought the price for our one-day rental was extremely reasonable. Will use Bandago again!

I'm only giving this place two stars because the van got us to where we had to go!!! I contacted the company because I rented a van w a gaming system to take on a drive to Monterey for my daughter's 16th birthday. Unfortunately, only the charge port at the foot of the driver seat worked. The game controllers weren't working so the kids just had to use their phones, and we had to take turns charging them because the charge ports were busted. The Bluetooth wouldn't connect so we had to listen to whatever station was in range of where we were driving at the time. The dash was taped down w silver masking tape and to boot; I could have paid more than $100 less for a plain van! Customer service was supposed to contact my husband back because it was his credit card that was used, and two months later, we are still waiting. I was very disappointed in the customer service of the company after such a disappointing experience. They hastily replied after I left a voicemail but then there was a halt and no communication since! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

We are not quite sure how this place has such high ratings. If there is an option to give no stars, that's what we would choose. It's quite deceiving! The Yelp rating and reviews is why we felt safe to use this company.
We rented a 15 passenger Chevy Express and the one that they were trying to give to use appeared to have been side swiped on both sides and had over 110,000 miles on it.
Be careful renting from this place as you don't know what you will get.

The whole process is too good to be true. Booked online - quick pick up with laid back adam who gives you a quick tour of the vehicle. You sign the forms and then the van is yours. Van is really spacious - took my family and extended family on a nice trip- had lots of room. Dropped off the van with Lucky who was super chill and informative. Highly recommend. We had the ford transit but i wish i splurged and got the sprinter - those look awesome

I'm having a problem with a Bandago Sprinter rental from 3 weeks ago. They claim I put gas in the diesel engine. Even though the last gas receipt clearly shows diesel. And the fill up before then was 122 miles away. So it's not possible that a diesel would run that far on gas if a mistake was made. Right now I'm going through Bandago's insurance company and disputing the claim. I'm not a happy camper right now.


EDIT: If as you claim there was a little gas mixed with the diesel then it had to be at the last place we fueled. And that receipt clearly shows diesel. So maybe you should be hassling the gas station. Before we stopped to top off the tank we stopped over 122 miles away and filled the tank up. So you are telling me if will run with a full tank of gas?
