We have always strolled by this cute and cozy restaurant when we're in Japantown. We have dined here a couple of times and finally coming back to satisfy our thai food cravings. The staff here are so kind, attentive, making the dining experience so welcoming. What we ordered:
      - Pad Kee Mao w/ chicken
      - Thai Street BBQ platter (get this, so worth the money and you can try different dishes such as sticky rice, thai salad, larb, and chicken)
      - Duck Curry (this was so so good because they give you deboned duck meat. I appreciate this so much because I don't like biting into bones)
      - Mango Sticky Rice (lightly sweet which makes it so good)
      - Tom Yum & Tom Kha beer (must try even if you don't like beer as it is very light in taste)

I can't wait to come back to try more dishes and the hospitality is top notch!

The vibe of this place is so cute! I feel like this is what it would be like if I was eating in Thailand lightweight :)
We also ordered Tofu Pad Thai but it came out later.
Can't ever go wrong with papaya salad; refreshing, sweet, and tangy! I loved how they gave a side of sticky rice to dip in the sauce.
The pad Thai was my favorite, chewy flavorful noodles. More saucy than what I'm use to but still very good.
Khao Soi was good, the wagyu meat was tender

Overall good spot to get your Thai cravings satisfied if near the area

The food was mid. Maybe it's considered good for the area though. I've definitely had better pad Thai though. The mango sticky rice was delicious but that's hard to go wrong.

The vibe was very fun inside though. The bathroom is behind and through the kitchen.

This place is much better than the Thai restaurant that used to be in the same location. Food was pretty tasty, we split the street combo spicy chicken. The chicken wings were pretty good and the spicy chicken dish was also good. The soup was just okay. It wasn't bad or great but it was interesting.
Overall solid experience, but nothing particularly stood out.

Food 3.5/5 - overall very interesting! We got the gravy noodles with beef, spicy chicken wings, and the pork rib soup. The Rad Na (Gravy Noodles) was very saucy and the rice noodle were so wide and satisfying to eat! One plus is that we can taste the wok hei! I was a bit mad about price the "spicy chicken wings" tho..$14 for just 4 little wings?! (6 wings would of made more sense). The wings themselves were sweet and again saucy but not at all spicy. Maybe we had gotten the wrong thing?! It's good but nothing special. Would not get it again just because it's so overpriced

Service 4/5 - when we sat down, the staff gave us a little tamarind treat and took the time to explain to us what it is and how they usually enjoy it in Thailand. There was a big party came in before, had to wait a while for food

Ambiance 5/5 - cute hanging lamps, lights, posters, it's giving night market vibes! Really got to check it out yourself:) they really put in a lot of effort and details that make this place special :)

This place had the perfect Thai street food vibes with the music they play to the dishes they served. Sucha, the owner was so nice and treated us with great hospitality.

Here are some of my favorite dishes that I recommend ordering:

Pad Kee Mao - it's a bit spicy according to my friends but because I love spice it was not too spicy and very enjoyable!

Thai Green Curry - one of my favorite curry bursting with flavor served with rice

Spicy Chicken Wings - Fried to perfection, tossed in a homemade sweet chili sauce

Spicy Green Beans with Crispy Pork Belly - this is a must!!! I could not stop eating this it was personally my favorite dish!!!

I'm so happy I discovered this Thai place - they recently renovated and redid the menu, so both the vibes and menu are so great. Would be a perfect spot for a date or a casual spot with friends. We came for dinner and the food was soooo good. They do the basics (noodles and curries) very well, and I also enjoyed ordering dishes that i don't get as often - more "homestyle" and authentic.

We ordered: Spicy pork ribs, stir fried bean sprouts with crispy tofu, Pad Kana (Chinese broccoli with crispy pork belly), and Rad Na (Gravy Noodles). Everything was so good! My favorite were the bean sprouts.

Service was also very attentive and the food came out quickly. I can't wait to come back!

Dare I say it- the pad Thai is really good. Much better than I've had in a long long time. Huzzah! The fried rice was also really good and the veggies were plentiful. I also really liked the green curry, it was nice and spicy but not as creamy as I was hoping. The pad se-ew was the only thing that really underwhelmed me, the noodles seemed slightly under done to me though I do like a fair amount of char/caramelization.

Wow. What a great new addition to the 'hood. I never made it to the last Thai place that was in this spot, but I'm so glad my hubs suggested this new joint. I love Thai and I had two of my favs and they were the best I've had in a long time. We ordered the BBQ Pork street food, pad see ew w/tofu, tom kha gai w/chicken, steamed vegetables and two sticky rice. All of it was delish but the Tom kah gai and pad see ew were two of the best I've maybe ever had. The coconut broth was BEAUTIFUL. So well done and slightly different in some way, I couldn't put my finger on. In addition to the food, the staff were so nice and friendly. I don't know why the place wasn't packed for a Sunday night. It is a block from the pagoda so lots of peeps are looking for ramen in that area but they must try Bangkok Street Thai!
