I recently went to Barons Jewelers to seek help untangling my favorite diamond necklace. One of the sales managers, Matt, devoted almost two hours of his time to meticulously work on untangling my necklace. His expertise showed as he was able to untangle each knot without causing damage to the very delicate chain. I had a very positive experience, and I will definitely return in the future for any jewelry needs.

Wonderful selection for every need. The staff was extremely professional and help, thank you Mr. Ash. It's a long standing family owned operation with fair pricing, excellent quality and an emphasis on the customer's experience. I cannot recommend Baron's enough!

Still a top tier jeweler in my book. I was in the area so I stopped in to get one anklet sent out for repair, explore the option of getting a clasp and looking at thumb rings. I picked out two.

Customer service is always exceptional. I love Matt to death. Mike was very helpful as Matt finished up with a customer.

There's so many beautiful pieces to choose from. Last year I had a custom diamond bangle made. I get sooooo many compliments on. Matt even said it turned out nice and they may consider carrying it in store. I requested it be named after me if so. LOL!!

The store is well maintained. They have coffee/tea/hot chocolate to offer from a high end machine plus bottled water, my favorite Fiji water to boot. In addition to cookies and chocolate.

Today, we had an exceptional experience at Barons Jewelers in Dublin. The customer service at this stunning jewelry store is truly top-notch. Janelle assisted my wife with a stuck wedding band and engagement ring that we had purchased from a different jeweler years ago. Her patience and determination to resolve the issue were remarkable, and we are sincerely grateful for her help. We plan to have the rings resized by Barons in a few months and highly recommend their services.

Barons first helped my fiancé and I correct a fit problem and white gold/platinum remake request on my wedding set that we had originally purchased with a different Tacori-certified retailer on the east coast. Both Matt and Janelle treated us like family from the moment we walked into the store and presented our biggest concern which was that our matching set wasn't fitting flush.

Barons validated our concerns and advocated for us by asking Tacori to remake our rings to sit flush when the previous retailer had brushed our concerns aside. We ended up remaking my set from white gold to platinum and my husband and I are still so very happy with the final product nearly one year later!

Unfortunately my father passed recently and I wanted to design a tribute piece. My dad had five small diamonds in his wedding ring which I ultimately hoped to split with my siblings. I immediately thought about Barons because I knew they did custom work and had a jeweler in house. Once again, I worked with Janelle and Matt, who helped me design my perfect piece and preserve the remaining stones and gold for my brothers.

Matt helped me to bring my vision to life and to find a perfect ruby (my fathers birthstone) to further personalize this pendant. It couldn't have turned out more perfectly. Even with the excitement of getting engaged, buying rings felt daunting to me. In fact, as one half of a lesbian couple, all wedding stuff comes with a backdrop of anxiety. Will we have to deal with discrimination, either the overt or the subtle? Will we have to contend with awkward comments or misconceptions? It can make a joyous occasion into a nerve-wracking one.

Luckily for me, Barons made the ring-shopping experience fun and anxiety-free. We had the pleasure of working with Michael, who did a fantastic job showing us beautiful rings, answering our questions, and putting us at ease. My partner and I were in search of some pretty non-traditional rings. Michael accommodated our taste by showing us a variety of interesting and unique designs without ever pushing us into something we weren't excited about.

We had come in just to browse, but ended up finding rings that we fell in love with! All in all, it was a lovely experience.

I needed to get my ring resized. They are very professional and did a beautiful job so quickly; timeline may vary for everyone but they have a person who does the job on site so it might be relatively faster than other jewelers. I am highly satisfied with their job and kindness throughout the process. Ring fits me very well. I would definitely come back for any of my jewelry when needed.

I looked all over the SF Bay Area when deciding where to purchase an engagement ring. I decided on Barons for the local jeweler feel and relationship. Barons stands behind their product in a way that box stores and big retailers can't.

After working with Ashe to pick out a stone and custom order a Tacori setting, he had an engagement ring ready for pick up within 2 weeks. My fiancé and I couldn't be more happy with the result.

Matt and the team at Baron's are amazing and did their absolute best to help us through a tough situation! Long story short, we had trouble with another jeweler who kept making mistakes on an upgraded wedding band for my wife. After many months and numerous chances, they just didn't get it right. Matt listened to our story, and our concerns, and was able to make a beautiful and comfortable ring.
