Bassa's Limousine Service

Over a period of a week I tried to hire Bassa's for a weekday evening reservation in the city. This wasn't a small job, it was five or six hours. I never did get a response to any of my attempted contacts.

A week before the event a left a voicemail inquiry. No response. Two days later I texted over a detailed itinerary. No response. I waited another day and left a voicemail. Still no response. I wound up hiring another service that responded quickly, provided a quote and perfect service.

I'm flummoxed by my horrible experience with Bassa's given the otherwise good reviews here. In my opinion, how a company treats its potential customers is just as important as how they serve their actual clients. All they had to do is say they were unavailable!

Forget Uber & Lyft, Bassa's Limousine Service is like upgrading from a regular cabin airfare to first class! Sophia and her crew are always on time and dependable!

On time & reliable, reasonably priced, and can show up with a rear-facing car seat. Basically perfect for us when we need to get to (or from) the Oakland Airport.

My husband discovered Bassa's limousine service about 8 months ago and since then we've used them exclusively. Sophia is reliable and in fact she's always early. She's a great communicator and texts us when we're at the airport telling us where she'll pick us up. There's no confusion, waiting or frustration as you can experience with taxis. She always uses the most up to date apps to monitor traffic as it is no uncommon that there are sporting events causing delays on the bay bridge. She's on top of it and this results in our getting to and from the airport or wherever in a timely manner.

Her SUV is clean, quiet and roomy. It can seat about 10 people and if you have children she has kiddie seats as well.

Sophia is just delightful. She doesn't limit herself to just Alameda customers. She has customers all over the bay area.

If you need to go to the airport it doesn't make sense to pay to park or take BART when Sophia can make your trip relaxing and fantastic for the same cost.

I really appreciate the airport service, anytime of the night. Comfortable SUV. Happy to recommend this business.

this is my go to service. Sufiya runs an excellent business, she is prompt, kind and understanding, and very flexible with my travel needs. She has even gone out of her way to help me out of a travel jam.

Sophia is a delightful, responsive, reliable, professional and friendly driver. We only use her service perhaps 2x per year, but she always remembers us (especially my boys). Her SUV is very spacious immaculate and she arrives a little bit early. I highly recommend Bassa's limo service as it's a great way to start or wind up your trip.

This is the most reliable and dependable airport transportation in the East Bay! They are always on time, very responsive to both email and phone when booking with them, and are reasonably priced, and they can accommodate needs for a car seat. In addition, they are really nice people, which is a plus! I would not use anyone else!

My family has used Sophia at Bassa's on numerous occasions for our trips to OAK and SFO. She has never been late and is amazingly reliable. Communication is easy via text message after you've made your original reservation. Best of all, she also will provide car seats for your little ones upon request, so that you don't have to lug a seat with you on your vacation if you don't need one. Highly recommended!
