Fantastic quality, punctual service and for an excellent price!

My family needed a toilet and kitchen faucet replaced and I called around to far too many plumbers before Baswell came in and finished the job. Jason was an excellent technician and did a great job in record time!

He also was very informative in making recommendations for brands of appliances etc. and was even willing to stop by again to change the toilet seat should we decide to add it in the next few days. We are very happy with the work and will definitely call them again!

Not professional, very expensive. Never had this kind of customer service before. They just want your money. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself time and money!! Not recommended at all

Just did a great job installing a gas line to our brick fireplace. He also set up log sad burner. Very professional very clean highly recommended.

I first tried a plumber from the neighborhood but the vm guided me to the number I called and a full mailbox. Next.... saw the site for Baswell and completed the simple appointment request form and received confirmation. I could even upload pics so they knew what they were getting into. He showed up on time. Took a quick look at the job and went to the truck. Came right back with the parts and got on it. He was gone in 8 minutes. Best plumbing experience I have ever had.

I'll add to the 5 star. Jason was great. Fast and informative. However never saw the trademark Crack in his .....never mind.....LOL

We've used Baswell plumbing several times and have been consistently happy with their service. Jason is extremely professional and has been a pleasure to work with. They have always been prompt and knowledgeable and the office staff is great at accommodating our schedules and following up. I can't recommend them highly enough.

What a great company! So nice to deal with. Jeff was so pleasant and solved our back up problem in minutes. They were prompt and the pricing fair. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

I needed a plumber to fix the toilets in both bathrooms that were allowing sewer gas into the house, a clogged shower drain and low pressure in the master shower. After several plumbers flaked out on me, I contacted Baswell. They sent someone the next day. A plumber and assistant showed up, replaced the wax seals and and caulked the bases. They cleared the clog in the shower but could not figure out why the pressure was low. I came into discuss. The plumber suggested that it was the shower head. I told him that I had tried several and they all did the same thing. He threw up his hands at that point. I decided to pull the shower head and run straight out the feeder pipe. When I did, a rubber restrictor flew out. I now have plenty of pressure and a shower that actually feels like one. I was charged for fixing the pressure and the overall bill was , to say the least, excessive. I'm a retiree on a fixed income. Why so freaking greedy? I'll pay the bill but I won't be calling them again. I'm giving them 2 stars because the plumber was a nice guy. I should note that the caulking on the base of both toilets has already shrunk, leaving gaps 2 weeks after they were here.
So, bottom line, if want to be overcharged, contact Baswell!
