      Raise your hand if you used to smell like a fresh batch of cucumber n melon 20 years ago!!!

      When I was in high school in the early early 2000's Bath and Body works only had a few main scents that everyone knew of! I remember Strawberry Champagne, Apple something lmao and the Cotton something but it all smelled soooo gooooood!

      Bath and Body Works has come a LAAAA'OOOONG WAY these years and I can't and I won't LIE to y'all cause I really didn't start spending my paychecks on BBW's until last year! And it was all cause of those son of a biscuit eating bulldog 3 wick candle SALE which just blew my mind AWAY AWAY! You mean to tell me that y'all having 3 wick candles priced at $24.50 to $26.50 for ONLY $10, 10 singles, 40 quarters?

      SIGN ME UP!

      So since December 2021, I have been subscribed to email and rewards programs and ALL.

      And I just pretty much been a regular face at the Delta Shores location! Hahahaa, they know who I am! I am only present there when I snag a really good deal and I am being honest, I am in there at least TWICE a month! And I ain't paying for no $7 to $8 shipping, so in'store pick up it is!

      I will tell you that this a very nice, well kept clean store! They take pride in their customer service and always hit you with a warm welcome when coming in! And I have never had a bad experience here, everyone is so nice and helpful!!! And I'm in here a lot, cause I also come to do exchanges and returns as needed.

      I wouldn't go to any other Bath n Body Works!

      I came to pick up an order today that I had placed online. The store says it's supposed to open at 10 and I'm standing outside at 10:05 and they still haven't unlocked the doors dissatisfied. Customer. I love the products, but I don't care for the customer service at this location.

      I was really contemplating whether or not I was going to write a review, but I decided that maybe someone from the bath and Body works corporate will read it and perhaps provide a coaching opportunity for future customers like me. Bath and Body works has been one of my favorite stores for years. It is one of my favorite places that gives me joy and really support the products they sell.
      A few days ago I went into the store because I had received coupons in the mail. I went into the store to redeem them. The cashier that was helping me was very friendly. As a matter fact everybody was in the store was very friendly. I had one associate that was helping me with the aromatherapy lotions, and then another was helping me with candles, while another person was Helping me with sanitizers. They were all so helpful .
      When it was time for me to check out, the cashier was having difficulty with my coupons. Instead of taking off the coupons, it was adding the coupons. She called for a manager for help. The manager that assisted me was pregnant and she really didn't seem like she wanted to help me with the situation. She was telling me that my coupons were already used and because they were not showing up on my phone app than they were already use. At this point there was a very long line and I was really embarrassed and wish that she would have pulled me aside and try to help me. She seemed was in a hurry. I kept telling her that I did not use my coupons and I had not use my app, so I was not sure what was happening. I ended up walking away as a disappointment customer. I didn't end up getting anything.

      This review has nothing to do about getting some things free, it is about not being heard as a customer. I kept telling her that I have not use my coupons and I had not use my app. I wish she would have believed me and listen to me, and perhaps talk to me about the different types of options she could have provided for me instead of her just letting me walk a way like a fool. I know it's silly, over a coupon, but I cried in my car. I humiliated and felt like I had said something wrong

      On positive note, after sharing my experience, I ended up going to another bath and body work location. I explain the situation to the associate and they were able to quickly help me with my phone app. We ended up disabling the app and reinstalling it and my coupons ended up showing up. Its customer service like this that I received at the second location is what will keep me coming back to Bath and body Works. But I will never go back to the Delta Store location because of the pregnant manager.

      2020 annual candle day event! I didn't know there is a Bath and Body Works store at delta shore until my sisters told me. They are located next to Daiso and Ulta. Came here early Saturday morning at 7:45am with my sister for their annual candle day event and there was a super long line!! I was told that the store will be opened at 8am but then found out that they actually opened the door earlier as there were people there waiting since 5am! The line was so long that it reached all the way passed the movie theater! Yikes! Due to covid, they were only allowing 14 people inside the store at a time.

      While waiting in line, staffs were pushing carts around with candles. They let every customers waiting in line to have a chance to smell the candles before entering the stores. You can jot down the scents you like so that you already know which ones to grab once you're inside. That definitely helped speed up the process!

      Finally got to the front and we were given candle trays and bags to carry around while shopping inside the store. The store was cleaned and organized. Tons of candles throughout the store. Staffs were there to assist as needed.

      The candle day event is 3 days this year! From Friday Dec 4 - Sunday Dec 6. Limit is 18. I expected a total of 2 hours from waiting in line to walking out the store. Omg, we actually spent 7 hours total!! We didn't expect it to be this long. All in all, the candle day event is a good deal but not worth the 7 hours. All the staffs were very nice, friendly and helpful for sure. Hopefully by next year's candle day event, they will figure out a better system so that customers won't have to wait more than 2 hours!

      I came in for an exchange and when I got to the front they only had 1 cashier. There were like five people in front of me and it took forever to make an exchange. I also had an online order for pick up so I had to wait again in line with two other people already waiting which took quite a while because they're so unorganized.

      Their system for online pick up sucks. They should really learn from the natomas location because they at least have a good system down.

      They have a huge selection of candles and hand sanitizers but they carry mostly disgusting scents.

      They had a ton of shelves and one of the candle shelves had only three candles on it so it was pretty much empty.

      The travel size item stands that they have by the back of the store near checkout station was sort of annoying because it was confusing as to where the line for checkout was and it was in the way! Also it's hard for other customers if they are trying to look for travel sizes while people are standing in checkout line!

      Minus four stars bcuz they have a ton of workers yet only one at cash register and poor online pick up system and annoying and weird checkout lines. Also some workers are rude as if they hated dealing with customers and some spoke with inappropriate tone of voice. I'd come shop in store if I'd want to get harassed and profiled as a thief just because I'm carrying a huge purse.

      It gets crowded here sometimes so if you hate crowds and hate being disrespected and harassed for no reason, avoid this place and shop online instead. Also, their live chat that's online is way better when you need your problems solved. You don't get the annoyed looks or have to hear their b*tchy tone of voice.

      This location is not bad... but not my favorite. The management needs to really do a deep dive into how the place looks. It's just not clean or organized at all. I think the associates just toss the items on the shelves and call it good.

      I feel like the associates are just too busy playing on their phones to care about their job too. You can't get much help unless you actually go find someone.

      So, why am I giving them 3-stars? I think they have potential if management gets their associates in gear and after searching I found what I was looking for which I couldn't find at the Arden location.

      I love having this store so close to my house, so I really hope they can get things together soon.

      I wish they carried all the items for aromatherapy but alas, they do not. I placed a pick up order and they had to cancel one of the items because it sold out in the store. When I picked up my items some of the items had fingerprint marks and were oily--as if it was returned and put back on the floor. Idk their process so I'm guessing here.

      As for customer service, I get it you want to seem upbeat and eager, but y'all talk too fast for me to care about what's on sale and special. Slow the f down. Breathe.

      Other than that I like it because it's the closest BBW location to where I live.

      Came here for the semi annual sale, waited three hours in line with my friend. We were finally happy to go inside and got what we wanted and got ready to check out. I was greeted by someone who was patient and I decided not to get anything due to rewards not being able to be used in this region during the annual sale.

      My friend on the other hand was greeted by Esteban and was already rude to her as she was purchasing items. She was buying single wick candles that were on sale and was told by Esteban that they weren't on sale but she told him they were online and asked to speak to a manager. The manager apologized about the situation and said they we're on sale. From therefore Esteban was much more rude to her than before.

      Once we left she told me what happened and what words were exchanged. I went back and got his name. But when I confronted him on what he said to my friend he laughed and thought it was funny and told his coworkers when did I say that.
      I asked for his name and he was rude about the situation and handled it very unprofessional.

      I spoke to the manager once I was leaving and she was very helpful. I'm not the one to be a "Karen" but when you waited in line for hours to be treated disrespectfully and talked down upon something needs to be said.

      I'll be calling customer service to speak more on the situation. I hope Esteban learns to treat people with respect.

      All the staff is super nice. As I walked in I was greeted right away and the Employee had asked if I was looking for something in particular.
      She was very helpful and knowledgeable and left me to. And then another employee came and helped me out when I had a question about my coupon.
      Definitely love the vibe here.
