I recently upgraded my phone. My old phone had a small crack in the camera lense that really brought down that trade in value. AT&T recommended that I get a repair at the shop down the road from Batteries Plus. That shop did not answer their phones, left me waiting at the shop, and quoted an outrageous price for the repair and also said that they would have to order the part!...this is a shop that supposedly does many of these types of repairs.

A 3-second google search brought up Batteries Plus. They picked up the phone when I called and said they could fix the issue. The price was a fraction of what the other store quoted. Batteries Plus was efficient and effective. I had a follow up issue, which the store personnel also quickly addressed.

Whether you need phone screen replacements, car key fob duplication, batteries, or anything else that this store carries, Batteries Plus in Petalum comes with my highest recommendation.

Great service. Scott is always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable etc. I have two batteries in my 4runner with one running the fridge in back. Although it's easy to install, and included when you buy battery, it's in an awkward position, so takes a bit more time. Anyhow, everything done without hesitation, we found the correct battery to fit etc. I'll always come here when I need batteries for my truck.

Recently I purchased a iPhone case and screen protector from Batteries Plus in Petaluma . Well tonight I was driving down north McDowell and rolled my window all the way down took a right onto Washington and my phone was on my dash rolled out of my window and onto the road . I pulled over got my phone ( wasn't easy ) and low and behold my phone didn't have a scratch on it and the screen protector is awesome. Great service at a fair price. I took my granddaughters iPhone in for a battery replacement. We we had it back in 40 minutes. Very courteous customer service!

I have bought several of the little Torchy flashlights from the Fairfield store, close down on N. Texas St. I went to the Vacaville store off of Monte Vista and the lady there was not very pleasant and said she could even get a replacement battery because there was issues with the battery. I know the Petaluma store at one time was connected to the Fairfield store that closed, so when I call and talk to Julie on the phone who has a total sweetheart and extremely helpful. So when I explained the situation to her, which is very apologetic for the actions of the Vacaville store and she actually resent me a flashlight, which is above beyond what she should've even done. So if you want great customer service and which seems to be great people that care about their customers this is the store to shop at Julie. Thanks again and as a business owner myself it is much appreciated. If I could give a 10 star, I would do it.

I went in today with my cellphone to buya battery.
I had my business phone with me and asked them to check for any other problems and let me know if there might be something else wrong with it.
I went back an hour and a half later to find that the charging port wasn't working and that they had installed the battery without calling me.
So my phone doesn't charge and they want another $87.99 for a wireless charger.
BAD BUSINESS. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Extremely disappointed in this place. Bought a lemon of a car battery from them and they failed to honor their 3 year guarantee. I'll never buy anything from them again and I'll tell everybody I know to avoid them like the greedy thieving plague that they are. Notice in the picture the date code of the battery 5/20 (May 2020) it's not even May 2022 yet, the battery failed and could not be charged or jumpstarted. Bought a new battery, put it in the car and it fired up immediately. Don't go here. Literally go anywhere else. Autozone, O'Reily's, Home Depot, Lowes, Freidman's, order it on Amazon, etc.

I brought in my iPad to have a cracked screen replaced. The employee asked me to come back in 24-hours.

I returned 26 hours later and another employee went to check on the work. She returned to tell me that the repair would take another 48 hours without explanation. At that point, I asked if the work had even started. Sheepishly, she admitted as much.

I asked for my device back and took it to a more reputable place for the repairs.

Had my iPad screen fixed earlier this year. About 9 months later my screen started to go haywire for no reason. The team there quickly fixed the problem under their warranty and free of charge. Very happy with the service.
