Battery Roadie

Mike came to replace the battery in my BMW convertible. Because it was a convertible and the battery is in the trunk, the replacement was not straightforward with the convertible top's mechanism in the way. Mike was so pleasant and patient and did a great job. It was not easy and I'm so grateful that he was able to replace the battery in my garage. Thank you!

It was a pleasure having Battery Roadie come out to our location in Pleasant Hill. I didn't have to hassle with jumper cables, tow trucks or wasted time if I had done the exchange by myself.

Last night, the battery in my 2020 Mercedes-GLE just died. I called AAA, but the guy came with an almost empty jump starter. I managed to start the engine, but by the morning the battery was totally dead. The next day they came again and were not able to replace the battery because it's under the driver's seat and it would take them about 5 hours.

So, I called Battery Roadie. John picked up the phone, and I got a quote within 5 minutes. I specifically mentioned the issue with the driver's seat--John assured me that it wasn't a problem and that Mike was on his way. He had done similar replacements on thousands of cars.

A few minutes later, I received a message saying that they had checked it out, and apparently my car has the most complex battery replacement they've ever seen, but they would honor the quote and it was a cool case for them to learn from.

Mike arrived and, I'll tell you, he handled the job within an hour! He was really friendly and professional. He was very gentle with the car, making sure everything worked perfectly before he left. From now on, Battery Roadie is my number one pick for battery replacement!

John was amazing. Our car battery died on memorial day, searched around to see if there were any mobile companies. John responded within 10 minutes early in the morning and was very communicative to confirm what type of battery we needed. He was available and made it out to us within three hours and fixed everything and cleaned everything up for the cost of the battery plus a reasonable nominal fee. Highly recommend to anyone.

Called this business and John picked up. He quoted me a price for my vehicle and said he could be at my house in an hour. He showed up on time and we chatted about offroading, desolation sound, and being outdoorsmen while he fixed my battery in 20 min. He even gave me some tips on some future projects for my 4runner!

Will use him again whenever I'm in a pickle. Who needs AAA when you have John.

This morning I called Battery Roadie for my Mercedes GLA. They gave me a quote for $200 less than the dealership and other auto shop I called, and were able to fit me in LITERALLY 30 MINUTES after calling. They got the battery replaced and registered in my driveway. Professional and friendly. Will recommend to everyone!

Five stars for this company for quick and reliable service! I began my contact via yelp, but I figured I'd get a faster connection by calling them. Ended up being the right idea as my call was picked up. In about an hour or so, the driver, got to my location and quickly, about 10 minutes, had my battery swapped. I definitely recommend them!

Absolute pros! I'm in Pacifica and my very senior Dad is in San Jose and his Prius Prime 12v battery died. I spoke with the very kind John in the early morning and was able to arrange to have the battery replaced later that morning and it all worked out perfectly -- I didn't have to go all the way down there, their technician Mike took care of it all -- and at an amazing price. Great service and, again, such pros. (NOTE: they mainly service Upper Peninsula but can make it down to South Bay, schedule pending, for an extremely reasonable additional travel fee.)

Battery Roadie was able to do same day service and had Interstate batteries in stock. Biggest perk was they come to you and my time was saved. Mike who replaced my battery was very friendly and efficient. Costs is on par or better compared to other shops I called. Overall happy with outcome and would recommend!

I became a repeat customer in less than 30 days. My wife's car died in the middle of a busy intersection at a little before 5PM. AAA was called and sent a tow.............but no batteries on board. The car was towed to a nearby parking lot and by now it was almost 5:30PM. I called Battery Roadie and caught a truck coming back from SFO and they were able to get there to check and replace the battery by 6:45PM. My wife's nerves were shot, and having her car back that evening did much to calm the waters. I cannot thank you guys enough for saving the day and going above and beyond to help.
