      We had a warranty repair on our Fisher Paykel dishwasher.

      Adam C was incredibly helpful. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He exceeded expectations, giving advice on how to best use our dishwasher, including the best cycles, and best way to use the detergent. We've been doing as he said and now love our 2 drawer dishwasher more than ever. He gave us his number and said we may call him if we ever have any questions. His skill, work ethic, and geniality are the qualities that you want in a repair person. Truly exceptional.

      Adam C was my repair man today.
      He was very professional, very prompt and definitely knowledgeable about all appliances .
      He gave me some pointers, which I appreciated about my refrigerator freezer and ones that I will use in the future to help it run more efficiently.

      Mike came out and fixed my GE fridge that was under warranty. He went the extra mile to diagnose, order the parts, and return to finish the job.

      I have had other repair companies that just don't follow through to make it right.

      I will return to Bay Appliance Repair for future work since they are dependable, reliable and good people.

      Had Jordan the technician come out to my house for repairs on my refrigerator. He was informative and even helped with other questions about our microwave during the visit. Felt truly in the loop about what was going on during the whole process.

      They are the service provider for Sears Home Warranty. Sears is THE WORST company to deal with.

      I called Bay to get a status, as my claim for my appliance has already been 21 days and counting. They are waiting for a part, which I know is not their fault.

      But, my rating is based on the complete lack of empathy and lack of simply answering a question.

      I asked how long do they wait for a part before they simply say they can't wait any longer and tell the warranty company they don't see this progressing further. After like 10 min, the girl finally said 45 days as an internal protocol, and told me I would still need to discuss with my warranty company. I know that. But, damn ..... Does anybody take responsibility for anything?

      Warranty company tells me to talk to the service provider. Service provider tells me to talk to the warranty company.

      I'll update this review as this all unfolds.

      The same email I've received 3 or 4 times telling me nothing has changed.

      Our technician was so helpful. He was polite, respectful, and patient with us. He diagnosed the problem and requested the part. It was installed today. Very pleased. His name is Jordan.

      Extremely Disappointed with Service - Avoid Bay Appliance Repair

      I want to express my profound disappointment with the service provided by Bay Appliance Repair. As a loyal GE customer, I had high expectations, but unfortunately, this experience left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

      The ordeal began with our first appointment, during which the technician failed to show up as scheduled. Instead, he instructed me to send pictures of the issue and assured me that he would return once all the necessary parts arrived. This unusual approach seemed questionable, but I decided to proceed.

      A month later, after all the required parts had finally arrived, the technician made his appearance. After disassembling my oven range and examining it, he informed me that something was still wrong, and another part was needed. Rather than completing the repair properly, he merely pushed the oven back into place, leaving the screws scattered about. He assured me that he would return soon, advising against reattaching the screws as it would save time.

      However, it's been a week, and I've received no word about the missing parts or his return. When I called Bay Appliance, I was met with the shocking revelation that they considered the job done, claiming the technician had successfully repaired the machine. This assertion was baffling since he hadn't even completed the repair, not to mention the missing screws, which left my oven in a precarious state.

      Despite my concerns and repeated calls, Bay Appliance failed to address the situation adequately. They assured me that the job was completed and that everything was in working order. This entire experience has left me questioning their service standards and the training of their technicians.

      In the end, I had to involve GE and seek an alternative repair vendor. This unfortunate journey began in August and dragged on until October, with no tangible results. I hope that sharing my experience will help others avoid a similar situation. It's in your best interest to find a more reliable and professional repair vendor, as Bay Appliance Repair has failed to meet even the most basic standards of service.

      Home warranty sent them to fix my clothes washing machine and it's still not working. Called home warranty and the guy came out and goes back and tells home warranty there was nothing wrong with it. Yet, it's not working! Now they want me to put in a new work not a recall. Well, I just asked home warranty to not use them again.

      Gene and Larry were amazing! Our refrigerator broke down in the middle of a heatwave and they went way above and beyond to help us get our situation sorted out.

      They were also on time for their service visits and excellent about communications. I never had to wonder what we were waiting on or where we were in the process.

      Of course, one of the most important things, they were honest and clear about everything.

      Absolutely recommend!

      Still waiting for this to be repaired. They are supposed to come today and "couldn't find parking". Absolutely unacceptable.
