It's important to me that we don't spray toxic chemicals in the ground to get rid of yellow jackets. Lots of creatures like raccoons or skunks will try to eat the leftovers so you don't want someone to pump a can of wasp spray down a hole and call it a day. In fact, I even saw a skunk on the other side of my fence that night, so he knew something was up.

The Beebusters came out promptly and dug up my nest at the base of a redwood tree and took it all away and used peppermint spray to shut down the attack and kill off any foragers that were returning to the nest. They didn't need to wear a bee suit, so he's done this a lot before.

Note there are a huge number of yellow jackets everywhere at the end of the summer so, you only want to get rid of them if it's problem and leave them alone if that's not the case.

Dan was so responsive and informative! He came quickly and started immediately on the second swarm. He was very efficient and taught me so much about bees in a short amount of time! Highly recommend them!

Dan was great. Came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. Removed the yellow jacket nest (had to remove some wood siding and even some sheeting). His guy came out a few days later to patch everything up and now it looks better than the rest of the house! Everyone was professional and I liked the communication (a lot over text, which was perfect for me).

highly recommend if you have a bee/wasp/yellow jacket/etc problem. They get in, fix it and get out. Very professional. Accepted PayPal.

My Bee Story:

I noticed about 30-50 bees each morning outside my office window around a light. They didn't seem to bother anyone and left when the sun came out each morning... so I let them BEE.

After a week of this a co-worker found the hive - up in the overhang to the right of our Front Lobby. Apparently my office is ALL THE BUZZ ! haha

That's about when I called our property managers and they found George! I didn't want them to be exterminated - I was hoping for a rescue!

George showed up yesterday about 4:15pm and was nothing but AWESOME. He checked out the Hive, asked a few questions and THEN...???!!!

He "brought a present" in his hands to me in the office. A BEE! haha

At first I was a little skeptical and I wasnt sold on the idea of holding a bee. This is when George told me all about Drone Bees! He told me if I gave him a little sugar water he'd be my best friend. I did & HE SURE IS! haha

I took him home, named him Hadley & here we are this morning waiting for George to come rescue his hive & colony. Except wait! George didn't come back today for the rescue - he sent Dan on his behalf. Dan is a really sweet guy too! It took me prodding around a little to warm him up to talking to me. ;) Then he really lit up when I brought out Hadley, the bee George had me keep overnight. Hadley was released safely back with his colony & he was so excited to see them again.

I have a new appreciation for Bees now after learning so much with George.

George is very knowledgeable about the Bees and I feel safe knowing he will not only remove them from my workplace leaving everyone here without fear for their safety (Bee Allergies) but I also know that George is safely removing them so that the Bees can continue to thrive. They are endangered in CA and this means so are our crops.

I am VERY Grateful for George & his expertise!

Our office is now BEE free and watching the process was as educational as it was intriguing! I am just smitten with Honeybees now.

We thought we had hornets in our front wall but woke up in the morning to see a swarm of bees traveling across the yard and attaching themselves to our wall. Dan was great. He was dealing with several emergencies the day we called but he still had time to answer all our questions and to check back with us several times to see if we were okay while he was helping other people. We couldn't believe the size of the hive when he opened up the wall. We would highly recommend him.

We had a nest in our front yard. They came and took care of it. Very happy with the service and promptness.

Just spoke to George about removing a wasp nest...and just got some good information on him! He could have easily said yes I'll come to remove it and make quick money..rather he explained the importance of bee's/wasps and how they help to keep mosquitos, spiders, and other bugs/insects away.

He has a good heart for mother nature and it is obvious that it comes before making $$.

This review is for Dan's excellent customer service and responsiveness. We noticed quite a few wasps in our front yard area near our front door. It was a holiday weekend so checked Yelp and came across Bay Area Beebusters. They were one of the only places to respond and Dan was very knowledgeable, friendly and gave us different options on scheduling and pricing. We ended up booking an appointment but had to cancel the next day due to a mix up on my end with a family member who booked an appointment with another company without mentioning it to me. I called Dan to cancel and apologize and he was nothing but understanding. We will definitely reach out to Dan and team next time we need their services. Thank you Dan!
