Had problem with my A/C..BACC sent Constantine to diagnosed and replaced the the problem and got my a/c working .. he was very knowledgeable , honest and very professional.. thank you Constantine and the Bay Area climate control customer service who who answers the phone . , you guys rock! Highly recommended as they are very responsive.

I recently had a heat pump installed by Bay Area Climate Control, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the quality of craftsmanship was outstanding. A special shout out to my techs Alex and Russ, who were professional and meticulous in their work.
They arrived right on time and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. I appreciated how they were open to my feedback and adjusted the work as needed without any hassle. The manager even took the time to visit the job site and explain the defrost cycle, which I didn't fully understand before. This level of customer care really sets them apart.
What impressed me the most was how they didn't rush to finish the job. They thoroughly tested everything multiple times to ensure it was done correctly. The pre-work walk-through was also very professional, with the team answering all of my questions and clearly demonstrating their extensive knowledge.
To top it all off, the installation passed the county inspection with flying colors, which is a testament to their attention to detail and commitment to doing things right. Our AC wasn't blowing cool air. The technician Constantine was very helpful, respectful, and thorough in explaining what he did. Would call again if the problem reoccurs.

Beware. This business was recently sold. No longer the same owner and refuses to work on previous BACC installed system. Weird.

Ryan sent a technician within a few hours of my initial request, for AC blowing warm air on one of the hottest days of the year. The technician quickly diagnosed and repaired the fault, and got the AC back up and running again. Very happy with the service received and would definitely use again. Thank you!

First, the good. A few months ago I called for help with my Nest thermostat. The young man was responsive, polite and professional. So much so that I called them back a few weeks later to look at damaged vents caused by rats. It was deep in the crawl space where I couldn't get to. A different guy came out but he said he found no evidence. Since insulation was blowing through the vent I knew that couldn't be the case. Made me wonder if he actually climbed back there. So, I followed up with exterminator who sent me the pictures (see below). I forwarded them along to follow up, but 10 days have passed and no reply at all. I had also previously asked for an estimate for an air conditioning install. He never responded to that either. I guess business is so good that don't need mine.

Unfortunately I've been out of the country and I wasn't receiving much information and I must've overlooked the email. I'm happy to address the work and your business is very important to us. As I crawled in the space I didn't notice the damage, and I'm happy to see pictures of the damage. As for the AC bid I wrote it up and I sent it out. What I'll do is take a look back at the email I sent it to and confirm that I typed it in correctly. Surely I don't like to have anyone feel this way about my business. I'll reach out on Monday to speak with you with a hope to gain your trust in us again.

Highly recommend these guys!
My furnace had a short-cycle issue and I had another company come check it out only because they were able to come out earlier. However, I wasn't too sure that that company knew what they were doing as they diagnosed a faulty pressure switch that needed to be replaced. Considering I only moved in to this newly-built place two years ago...it just didn't seem likely, not to mention they went to check the roof vent and claimed it was not installed properly before arriving at the pressure switch issue. Anyhow, they charged me for a diagnostic fee of $99 and then quoted about $300 for pressure switch replacement.
Good thing I decided to have BACC come out and give a second opinion. They actually did a proper flushing of the pipes and drainage and the furnace was working after that. Because of that, they admitted they still don't know exactly what was the issue but would warranty the visit should it occur again. Regardless, they saved me a ton of money on a pressure switch replacement (although I might've been able to do it myself). I trust their skills/knowledge and enthusiastically opted for their maintenance plan. This covered the diagnostic visit as well so the value gained was properly more than 3x the previous company's if not more if you factor in the misdiagnosis.

These guys rock!!! Got a text and email that Hugo, the tech, was on his way and showed up onetime. He was ok with me looking over his shoulder and explaining what he was doing and answering questions. Cleaned the furnace and blower fan, and made sure it was working ok after it was all put back together. What a great experience from scheduling to the actual maintenance. Highly recommend.
