I can't recommend them enough, especially our driver Sito.

From start to finish, our experience was top-notch. Sito arrived early for the day of transport, which was a great start. He expertly used their Stair Chair to help my mom down the stairs safely - a huge relief for us.

The drive to our appointment was smooth and comfortable. In fact, both my mom and I dozed off during the ride there and back - a testament to how at ease we felt.

Sito waited for us during the appointment, and when we finished early, he was quick to return and pick us up. The return trip was just as pleasant, and Sito again used the Stair Chair to get my mom back to her second-floor apartment.

Throughout the entire process, Sito was incredibly nice and professional. His patience and care made a potentially stressful situation much easier to manage.

My dear relative was too weak and ill to sit. If he sat, the room spun within a few seconds.

Sam and Mike fought Stanford E.R. to get him a bed at Stanford E.R. Stanford E.R. was insisting to move him from the gurney to a wheelchair, despite us telling them he was too weak and terribly dizzy when he tried to sit.

Sam and Mike made sure that did NOT happen. They held firm. They protected my loved one and didn't leave my beloved relative until he was transferred from their gurney to the E.R. Triage bed.

I am forever grateful for their excellent service.

When my beloved left the hospital, again this service came through. The discharge was delayed an hour. They remained kind and patient throughout the delay, and safely transported him home.

I've used the company twice and both times I received excellent service. Starting from the moment I called them to schedule a ride, their customer service was unmatched. The gentleman I spoke with ( I believe his name is Ricci) was professional, patient, polite, and super kind. The entire scheduling process was easy, fast, and efficient.

The driver (Mo) was incredible. He arrived on time to my house, helped me as I walked down a few steps, helped me inside the bus, and even held my handbag and me by my arm while walking to my appointment inside the hospital since I was not feeling well and walked quite unsteadily. I was so impressed and thankful for Mo's compassion. I cannot over-emphasize Mo's kindness.

It's been a very long time since I've had such nice people help me with my transportation needs, and I am so grateful for both Mo and Ricky.

Used a medical transport today for the first time for my dad and the whole experience was great! They made the trip to the doctor very smooth and easy. I was a little nervous regarding the stairs and so was my dad, but they rest assured that he will be fine and yes they were right!! Raymond was awesome, very kind and respectful to my dad. Raymond has a great personality, easygoing and fun to talk to throughout the whole ride. Will definitely be using their service again!

Bring my husband home from Stanford. Your company represented by Randy and Mike was the Sunshine of the day! They were casual AND observant the whole time. They never rushed Beto, my husband, who was really nervous. They were creative and kind and professional in how to transfer him.

We received excellent service to transport my wheelchair bound father from his Sunset District home with 13 steps to his first immunotherapy appointment across town.

They were on time, polite, strong and easily got him down the stairs in a transport wheelchair onto his own wheelchair at the bottom of the stairs.

They rolled him up a ramp into the van and strapped him in tightly to the wheelchair van. I was allowed to sit on the bench next to him which was comforting to him. The ride was smooth and quick.

They promptly picked us up when I called them 30 minutes before the appointment ended, as the doctors were running late. Raymond greeted us and we had a great conversation on the ride home.

They were reasonably priced (compared to ambulances) and took a personal check. We definitely will use them again. They are a family business which we also support.

I have a LOT of stairs up to my house and after a total hip replacement, I wasn't sure how I'd get home. We enlisted the help of Bay City Medical Transportation, who picked me up from the hospital and swiftly ferried me up the stairs. My discharge date and time were a little up in the air but they were flexible and worked with me. I appreciated their service and will enlist them again for the next surgery.

They were wonderful. So helpful in getting us a wheelchair and walking us through how to use the various parts.
The woman on Saturday was so kind to my mother who was about to go into foot surgery. Greatly appreciated.

I needed to be transported from
Los Altos to Fresno. I could not have had a more pleasant trip. My two attendants, Reymund and Roland, did everything possible to make it a good trip. After breaking my leg I was not walking and needed their services. Do not hesitate to call on Bay City Medical Transportation if you need a ride.

Bay City Transportation, is the greatest and a life saver, I had no idea how I would leave my house and go down steps to go to Dr. Appts with two broken heel bones and can't walk. I spoke with them and they were able to explain how it works, the price, and I have used them twice already. Very friendly, kind, and helpful. Raymond is a very hard worker, and was very helpful, I want to give him a huge shout out. the whole team have been on time and very kind. I'm so happy I have found a great team.
