Bay Colors Refinishing

There were some rust spots on the roof, trunk, and hood of my 2002 Toyata Avalon, slowly eating away the metal. Went in and spoke to both Guy and Tri, and got a quote for $1000 to fix by next week. Not only did they get it done before the week was out, they even buffed out some small dents on the front panel as a courtesy service. This 20+ year old car looks brand new again.

Wow, what a phenomenal experience. I love that they don't play games, get straight to the point and honor what they quote. The price is extremely competitive and makes the drive out there worth it. Some other companies wouldn't even give an estimate and stated that I needed to go in to get a quote for very minor damage -- no thanks.

I messaged Tri on Yelp and he quickly provided an estimate. He let me know I could drop off the car and he would get it back to me the next day (you read that correctly!). The straight forward communication with no pressure won me over.

The morning I showed up, Guy mentioned that he was expecting me and was told by Tri to prioritize my car. It was surprising that I didn't have to provide my name, or explain what my issue was. It made everything so seamless to drop off my car and get going. It really felt like royal treatment!

Guy is a wonderful face for the company because of his customer service. He's personable and extremely easy to talk to. I felt very well taken care of throughout the entire process and could not stop talking about my experience to my family and coworkers who couldn't care less. A company's service is what gains a customer's loyalty and they have mine.

The price is unbeatable and work is phenomenal. Other companies I was getting quotes from mentioned that they wouldn't even attempt to repair the plastic trim (diffuser) and I would have to get a replacement part to swap it out (a $300+ part). I was willing to just leave it as is, but Tri and his team were able to get it looking brand new!

Wonderful experiences really stick with me and I'll be remembering this for a long time (even though they probably already forgot about me and my car). I'm so glad I found a reliable, honest company and I'll be recommending Bay Colors as long as Tri and Guy are both here.

I know this is long, but really wanted you to know how they helped me out.

My car was stolen and the ins comp had it sent to Lexus to have them check it out. The funny thing is Lexus originally quoted me $19,000, for cosmetic work only that didn't include paint, tires or rims that emoji says it all. The car was there for 2 weeks & the only thing they did was change the oil & the coolant. NOW, why did that take 2 weeks I don't know. Now, I'm stressed trying to find a body shop close to me.

So, I started my research. I started on Yelp, went through a few places until I got to "Bay Colors"! I spoke to Tri (pronounced Tree) he was absolutely awesome!!! My insurance comp was suppose to have it towed to the body shop from Lexus a whole day goes by & it was never picked up. I was so frustrate that I contacted Tri and he told me don't worry about it. I'll have it towed and that's exactly what he did. He finished it at the time I was promised. A couple of things had to be done & he took care of it right away

It just amazes me how a dealership gets over on people especially woman, all the money they wanted for all the cosmetic work w/o paint, tires or rims, Tri did it all a lot lower than Lexus.

As a matter of fact, I already referred 2 people who's going to see him next week. They're coming from the City, but when the work & price is great, people will drive farther to get a great deal

My car was scratched on the left front bumper. It left a decently sized paint scratch, as well as left some marks on the headlights.

After searching through dozens of auto shops, Bay Colors gave the best rate (and it was not even close). I also offered to pay an additional fee to clean up some other scratches accumulated from daily driving but they helped buff it out on the house.

Tri and Guy have an awesome crew and did an amazing job of matching my car's paint color and completing the job overnight. They gave me the best rate, did an excellent job on the car itself, went the extra mile and buffed out additional scratches and did so in a timely manner. Highly recommend! Already have recommended my family to come and will definitely be telling my friends too.

I chose Bay Colors Refinishing not only because of their reviews on Yelp, but the quote that Tri provided me for repainting my hood was a really good price compared to other body shops that I looked into. I reached out to Tri on Friday, and he was able to fit my car into their schedule as long as I was able to bring in my car before 5p, and that I could get my car in a couple days. Thankfully, my husband and I were able to come by his shop before closing time, and we dropped off my car that same day. Tri and Guy were professional and friendly when we were at the shop, also making some small talk with us while I filled out paperwork.
Fast forward to Saturday afternoon and Tri reached out to me saying that my car was finished; even sending me a picture of my car. I have to say, I was really impressed because my car looked like new with the repainted hood :) I wasn't able to pick up the car on that day, but I asked if I could pick it up on the following day. Luckily, I was able to, and I was more impressed in-person with the paint job. It was very professionally done; the car looked like when I first purchased my car many years ago. Tri and his crew even went above and beyond and even cleaned my interior and trunk!

Had a rear spoiler that needed to be repainted as there was clear coat failure. Messaged a few businesses around the bay and Bay Colors was able to get me in for the lowest quote. Dropped off the part and they got it back to me within a few days. Paint matched and it looked great. Will definitely be back for any future paint repair needs.

I first came into contact with Bay Colors Refinishing when I was shopping around for shops that could repair my 2005 Acura MDX. My car had been T-boned and there was pretty extensive damage to the right side of the vehicle.

Not only did Bay Colors Refinishing present the best price for the work that I needed, but they also made the whole thing a pleasant experience. When I messaged back and forth with Tri, he was extremely patient and knowledgeable while I took my time figuring out how to proceed. He really knows what he is doing and is adaptable. When the initial plan for the repair no longer proved feasible, he was quick in informing me and moving to an alternative route to get the job done. Even Guy, the person I met when I dropped the car off, was very nice and welcoming.

I was thoroughly impressed with the job that they did. They will absolutely get my recommendation to my friends and anyone who needs it. If I need work like this in the future, I don't think I'll bother shopping around. I'll go right here first.

Responsive, professional, does good work gets the job done on time and doesnt try to gouge you like a lot of shops do. What more could you ask for from a body shop. He's got all my future business.

Got my old Honda Accord repainted. Tri helped me out and him and his team did a great job. Love how it turned out. Don't hesitate to do business with them.
