Very impressed by Mike who works here. He is a wealth of knowledge and identified my problem immediately.

The rear bed on my Sprinter stopped retracting, and he quickly identified the problem being related to a faulty switch and a faulty motor. He could have charged me more but he didn't. That is why I am returning the favor to write this review. Very impressed by this shop, and especially Mike.

Received the very best service ever. Manager: Michael Flores has skillsets that are 5 star. Owner: Sam Portillo started this business over 40 years ago. His knowledge of RV repair and other machinery is astounding and critical. Patricia, is extremely front window friendly. Makes the wait time fly by a while taking so many phone calls. The people who work here practice the "seven habits of highly effective businesses." They could serve as the role model for a new book by author S. Covey. We are so fortunate they are in the Bay Area. I smile when we learn someone has had work done by them. Their ideas for the right fix is superb. Steve S

Good job on my water truck paint job. Could've took a chance and gone to a less expensive shop but I didn't because other shops didn't sand blast, Bear did. After seeing this shop and the type of trucks they were working on, this was exactly the type of work that I wanted.

Minor details that took away the one star from my ratings, but all in all, I would bring my business back to them.

I just got my RV back from the shop after had it fixed at Bay Equipment and Repair shop. First, I am super happy with the fix and the way my coach came out after being fixed by the team there. The paint/decals job, replacing broken parts and everything else they did, came out beautifully. On top of it the level of service I got from Steve was way beyond my expectations. Clear and frequent communication, full transparent, professional and of course delivered when was promised. If you ever looking for an RV bodyshop, this one is highly recommended.

The staff was amazing and completely fixed several issue including a new awning, roof and interior work on my motor home in a timely manner. I highly recommend thins company for RV collision repairs.

Bear did a great job repairing the tree damage to my Tiffin Allegro Bus motorhome. The repairs were completed on schedule as promised, with quality workmanship, and outstanding communication along the way.

Great Company, and staff. Everyone is super friendly and ready to help in whatever you need. Ive worked with them 3 times for all different projects. Quality work for a reasonable price, and quick turn around compared to previous shops I've worked with before them. Just an amazing shop everyone is hard working and super friendly. I will definitely be working with them again. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

BEAR..BAY EQUIPMENT AND REPAIR....To say the least, I'm totally happy with the repair job on my travel trailer. The service provided is exceptional. Michael and Steve kept me updated on the progress. Dropped our 5th wheel off for a quick paint touch up due to a minor collision. Michael took care of us and was quick to provide all information from initial estimate to final pickup planning.

I brought a crazy idea with a pretty aggressive timeline to ca bear and they delivered! Not only did they meet the deadline but they were patient in working with me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I'd definitely recommend this team as they have the expertise and commitment to get things done.
