Working with Brian was very easy. He and the team provided great customer service. They were able to fix my desktop computer in no time. I left my wife's laptop charger there and although they couldn't find it, they were able to give me one of theirs until I found mine. Again, great customer service and I really appreciate having a local business like this near me that I can trust. Will be back and also recommend their service to my friends and family.

I happened to drop my cell photo on the ground while going to a business a few doors down from this place. My screen already had previous cracks, but this was the last straw.

As we drove away, I quickly looked on Yelp to see if there was a nearby repair shop. I had no clue I had dropped my phone conveniently steps away from such a place.

Gregory gave me a quote of $110 which I thought was fair as this saved me from having to buy a new phone right now.

I dropped off my phone and he had it fixed in about 40 mins, right before closing time. The screen was brand new and I would not have known this was a replacement screen as it looked just like the original. Whatever he did, my speakers also started working better. The speakers were stuck at 50% volume previously, but they are loud and clear again.

I found this business on yelp so though I'd come back to leave a review. Brian was very helpful. My hp laptop just stopped working while I was on vacation, so I came back to a black screen. No troubleshooting or hp support got it working so I brought it here and had to have my hard drive replaced. It was done in a few days. Definitely recommend this business !

I brought my desktop in because it was having phantom touch screen issues, they repaired it within 24 hours and at a very reasonable price. They were yet again professional, courteous, quick and honest! I cannot express how much I recommend this place for any computer or phone issues.

I have taken my computer into this shop twice and they have given me great service and great prices! They were friendly, accurate, professional, reliable, competent and easy to work with. My most recent problem was I couldn't get my computer out of airplane mode and automatically connect to the internet and my previous problem was when I clicked on Chrome nothing came up. They fixed those problems and now my computer is back to normal. they have great prices and great results!

My iPhone XR came listing in after a tough week of sitting on the beach sucking down dirty banana's in the US Virgin Island of St. Croix. It wa not a pretty sight. In fact it had no sight, couldn't see a thing on
the poor thing. And to find them open on Sunday? Hello McFly!! Walked in said this is what's "probably" wrong, and it will cost this much and it will take me this much time. "Probably" turned into that's what was wrong with it. Cost stayed the same, and time turned from 90 minutes down to 45 minutes. Winner winner, fill in the blank, dinner. Great source to have here in Castro Valley, a posh community nestled quitely in the East Bay.

My 12 tear old Samsung (all-in-one) desktop finally crashed.

Greg was professional, honest and helpful. They replaced HD and once again is running without problems. Hopefully, for another 12 years!

Been yelping for about a decade now and I rarely, rarely, ever leave a review unless I feel like the business deserves it. And BAY IC definitely does, but for positive reasons.

I work a full time job and go to school full time as well so I just didn't have enough time to build the PC myself (Also factor in it has been about 20 years since I've last built a PC) so I figured bring it in to the professionals. I brought in the components for an entire gaming rig and they put it together as if they were building it for themselves and that right there is the sign of people who take pride in their work. It took about a week to complete but that was mainly due to the fact that the mobo and/or CPU was defective and it can take time to diagnose something like that; and with other customers to tend to I completely understand. The guys at Bay IC did a wonderful job and were completely courteous throughout the process.

My laptop keyboard stopped working, so for the first time I took my laptop to BayIC Repair. The technician, while I was there on a Friday, did a preliminary check and found no obvious cause. On Monday he phoned to tell me that the problem was a short in the keyboard and that he could order a replacement for me (this was an older model Toshiba laptop). Late Thursday the part arrived and was installed, ready for pickup (four business days total).

The charge was quite reasonable, less than $100. Communication about the status of the job at each stage was excellent. Not only were there tracking texts, but personal phone calls. I was very satisfied with this experience.

Always nice and helpful. They are honest, I came in with a laptop that wouldn't turn on Brian press the button rebooted it was all done.
Probably if I took it somewhere else they were created a problem so that I would pay for it. Thank you guys always for your good service.
