I requested an estimate for vent and dryer cleaning, they responded shortly after and I was able to make a next-day appointment.

Service was thorough, clean, and fairly priced. They were even able to take on some additional bathroom vent cleaning beyond my original request. After the job was complete, the crew gave me some advice on maintenance schedules and pointed out parts of my HVAC to monitor.

Will definitely be using them for my future HVAC needs.

As a first time homeowner, a lot of things have been missed, including the need to routine clean our dryer vent. When the realization happened, we called Bay Services and they came out the next morning!

Alex was patient as I was coming out of a meeting and was able to clear the vent in record time. He answered all the questions I had and was very informative - never tried to push for any additional services and was honest on how frequent we needed to clean the vent. We'll be calling Bay Services for all our dryer vent needs.

Decided to try out Bay Services since I noticed my dryer took super long to dry clothes.

I have a stacked washer+dryer inside of a closet, so the most difficult thing is definitely to pull the unit inside and outside of the closet without damaging my walls or the metal pan on the bottom too much.

Someone had come out to do a free estimate, which I truly appreciated. After some back and forth, he mentioned a clean up would definitely help and fix the drying issue of my unit.

I believe a few days later, two gentleman had come by to work on cleaning the dryer. Like I said, the most difficult task was pulling the unit out. They brought their vacuum to clean out as much lint as possible. Also went up to the roof to ensure proper air flow. I was charged a bit more due to mention of changing to a different (more flexible) hose.

Since cleaning (been a few months now), I can see it dries a bit better. I would say previously, it was a 1 out of 5 drying. I would need two 90 min high cycles to dry a regular load. Now I would rate it 3 out of 5. I still sometimes need more than one cycle to dry a full load. Now I try to do smaller loads which helps for sure.

I will continue to monitor my dryer. I will be open to trying Bay Services again in the future! Staff was friendly. I completely understand the build out for my condo is definitely making the situation a lot more tough.

Alex and Asad did a wonderful job cleaning our AC ducts and explaining any issues with our system. They were punctual and messaged 30 minutes before arriving to give an ETA. The team worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with the service and the cost was reasonable.

Very professional to work with. When I requested a quote, Thomas quickly reached out and provided me all the required information to make a decision for duct cleaning services. He also scheduled a time based on our availability. Aydin and Parvin reached out ahead of time to let us know about their arrival time in the appointment window. Once they were at the home they did a very meticulous job. They kept us informed on each step and also gave us some maintenance tips. I would definitely recommend them for air duct cleaning services.

Had a great experience with Bay Services. Our technicians were Aydin and Parvin and they notified me in advance of their arrival time and were even early! They both were polite, explaining what they were doing and why, making suggestions, and did a really great job with cleaning the dryer vent and installing a new flip door on the roof which had originally had mesh over it. The lint was getting caught at the top which is a potential fire hazard! So glad they took care of that and we have peace of mind now. We were able to schedule a next day appointment with them too which was awesome. Definitely going on our approved vendor list! :)

Needed to replace a dryer hose under crawl space and after either getting high quotes or being asked to pay for a quote , I called Bay services. They promptly sent a crew to come take a look and provided a quote all within hours. The quote was very reasonable and they came in the next day to do the work. Vusal and Orkhan came in on a Sunday and replaced the pipe within a few hours. They tested the airflow after , showed pics. Overall - great service reasonable price, timely arrival. Will continue to use them for annual mainatance here on out.

Out of every place doing chimney cleaning in Yelp and one other place, nobody had any interest in cleaning mine because it has an angled flue that's not common. Not only did they respond with a quote right away on Yelp on a Friday afternoon, they came Monday morning and did a terrific job.

Alex and Liz effortlessly removed the inner flue and have a cleaning apparatus that keeps dust from going anywhere by using a closed loop system with a sealed bucket. Then they took aerial shots down the chimney of before and after they later sent me. They were very kind and even were concerned about whether they could wear there shoes inside. You can tell why they have such a great Yelp rating and I'm happy to recommend them. They also gave me some helpful advice about managing such an odd flue combination. I think they reassembled the flue tube better than when it was installed and they are quick.

They do a myriad of other services and can clean or inspect any kind of filter or vent. They gave me a cash discount and I'm seriously considering having them return to clean my HVAC vents which like my chimney have likely never been cleaned by previous owners.

If you have an odd chimney or other configuration, you can just call this place first and avoid an eventual runaround from other outfits. Yelp was truly helpful for finding this great business and I found them via Projects.
