Had a great purchase experience with Bay Truck Accessories. I worked with Manny who provided solid support through the purchase and pickup process. RSI SmartCaps are the best. I am so pleased with this product. I chose to install it myself as I enjoy such tasks but Bay Truck will install for you.

Has a lot of accessories for all trucks.
If they don't have they can probably get it.
Big showroom lot of parking.

Mitch and his team are very accommodating and knowledgeable on all the products. Be confident on any and all items he recommends. I had a vintage trunk that I wanted to put a trailer hitch receiver on. Way older that his book showed. ( yes old school ways youngsters) and ordered it up and listened to what I was looking for. He called back and suggested the correct one that would fit and look the best. Super fast and looks exactly like I wanted it. Thanks guys!!!

Big shoutout to Derek today. He was able to squeeze me in same day to get a 3rd brake light wired onto my camper shell. Also, they were able to fix an issue with my camper shell rear window not being able to latch or lock. Lastly, I was able to purchase a Thule roof rack for a very reasonable price and have it installed.

Really appreciated these guys & would definitely come back in the future. Very knowledgeable & honest shop.

OK, time for another 5-star.

Had them do an install of an OME suspension kit, along with rims/tires/alignment.

Got a lot of good advice from Derek on the OME kit and tires. Stuffing 285/70/17s in a Taco can go wrong in a lot of different ways.

Perfect fit. No rub anywhere, and no need to do stuff like a cab mount chop or trimming.

Alignment: perfect.

Also had them install an ARB front recovery point, which I was surprised to find myself using 2 weeks later to drag huge redwood branches out of the way to get to our cabin.

Derek called me about a week after the install just to check in to see how things were going.

Class act and professional. Again: on time and on budget. No surprises.

I had a hitch installed on my car. Bay Truck gave the best price and finished the job in less than the quoted time (took about an hour). Mitch was super helpful and responsive both on the phone and in person. They even helped get my bike rack attached to the hitch afterwards! I would definitely recommend Bay Truck!

I've owned two trucks and taken both to Bay Truck. I had a camper shell put on one and bed cover on the other. Mitch is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to finding just the right accessories for your truck.

I recently ordered a new camper shell for my new GMC AT4HD and couldn't be happier.
The Leer shell arrived a little ahead of schedule snd was painter perfectly. We discussed different brand shells and I went with Mitch's suggestion.
The options were properly installed and finished quickly.
They can pretty much get anything for your truck and are priced competitively even when I priced way out of the City.

Mitch was my point of contact and he was great throughout the entire process. Very knowledgeable and was straightforward. That made it really easy to decide that we wanted to move forward and get the job done. He got the part in right away! I've had the convertible cover on my truck bed over two years now and it's like new. Durable and worth every penny! I love how quick and efficient this business is. I gotta say...Mitch and crew get 5 stars just for their impeccable customer service. Sad to say but it's a dying breed nowadays. People forget it's part of running a successful business.
Stopped by on a routine day and was greeted upon entry. Mitch asked how he can help me. Simply told him that I needed a trailer brake control. He told me what I needed but said the harness required wasn't in stock but he could order it. He got it ordered and called me when it arrived. Installed the next day. Upon pick-up, Robert showed me how it works and how to use it.
