Highly recommend calling Cesar from Bay Area Autoworks. He provided me with the best towing service possible. From the moment we called him to the time he dropped us off at our home after storing the car at his shop garage. Told us the process and next steps with my insurance and they will take care of the rest. I'll definitely call Cesar if I'm stranded ever again on the roads of the bay area.

The owners are so nice and helpful in explaining the services I needed. They seem very knowledgable in the different services provided.

The best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Sandra and Cesar were the best help I could have asked for. Drove up to NorCal for a long weekend from San Diego, my car was making weird noises - was instructed to find a mechanic. Found BayArea Autoworks and had great reviews, and the reviews were right. Not only did they fix my car, also recommended the necessary fixes that I needed. Sandra also went over and beyond, I was able to get my registration done and smog check all at the same visit. When my car wasn't ready in time, Sandra personally drove us to our hotel and my car was delivered to me in the morning. Communication was amazing- if I'm ever back in the Bay Area, this is where I will go to get any sort of auto work. This place is a one stop shop and hope everyone knows that!!

On 08/20 my car would not turn on. I called multiple auto shops in the area and none of them would take me in that same day. BayArea Autoworks answered my phone call and took care of me. They got a towing truck within 20minutes after my phone call. . They told me what the problem was and took care of it. They are military friendly, and they definitely take care of their vets. My experience was great and my car was turned into me within an hour.

Anyone knows when it comes to your car you don't want to take it just anywhere... this place has great reviews for a reason! I am under warranty still so I could have taken it to any shop of my choosing, and this is the shop I went with. I drive a Hellcat so that lets you know their skill set with working on high performance vehicles as well as regular cars too. Super friendly owners, they treat you with respect and keep you updated everyday. Pricing is fair for the work they did in my car. Valve cover gaskets are nothing easy to do! But they knocked it out, battled with my warranty company, and I sent them extra due to a tip for everything they did for me! Thank you for everything Bay Area Autoworks! You all gained a customer for life!

One of the best body shops I found in Bay Area! They are actually beyond just a body shop: I first brought my car for body work (shown in the pic, before and after bumper reinstallation), they gave a quick quote of different solutions including bumper reinstallation / spot painting job. I went with the reinstallation, which was done in 2 or 3 hours. Later I brought my other car over for brake inspection, which to my surprise they are also expert of. It turned out my front brake pads and rotors need replacement, they did it the same day and with very reasonable and transparent pricing! I love the efficient communication, and the ease of working with them. I can't pick up my car before they close, but they provide the after hour lockbox key pick-up, so I got 2 cars fixed and back home in one day! Highly recommend them!

Had a car I needed to tow to a shop at a specific time. Cesar responded promptly over the weekend and his tower came right on time the day of. Took good care of the vehicle and drove safely throughout. Would use again if I need a tow.

Very Satisfied with my experience and service here. I got a quote online because I needed my brakes changed. Cesar was very responsive and gave me a good price. Decided to take my car in next day. Front desk reception was very nice and friendly. They offered a ride back to my work down street. Cesar called me a few hours later and updated my quote (still reasonably priced compared to large names companies). Car was ready for pick up within a few hours. Will definitely come back again!

I had a rear main seal on an Audi replaced here. this is a big job, got the car in a couple of days, and got it back the second day. + everyone there is nice.

Great experience working with the team here. All the way from scheduling an appointment over the phone, getting cost estimates beforehand, and to the technician's flexibility in addressing a couple of smaller things. I had my brakes installed (rotors and pads) and Cesar (the head technician) worked with me on the cost and took the time to explain everything to me patiently. He also accommodated additional requests to install the lights I had, filters and even got rid of a couple of paint scratches on my car. All with a smile on his face.

Had a used transmission in my 2012 Kia put in from these guys ; it's been almost 6 months now and several miles later it's still working flawless. Cesar was a good guy and as real as they come. 100% recommend
